Shilo Inn Suites Hotel

Nice place to stay if you've got an early flight. Shuttle service to the airport every half hour. Complimentary glass of wine or order specialty cocktails and dinner by the fire. Then have a soak in the hot tub and get a good night's sleep. Fabulous way to start your vacation. And cleaner than a couple of other airport hotels.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. It was a great price - was the decor older sure but it was clean. Large room and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The continental breakfast was filled with good coffee and fresh food. Free breakfast coupon to the restaurant was enjoyed another day on our stay and again the staff was great. If you are looking for brand new expensive hotel this is not it. If you want a well kept older classy hotel at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Great location to Portland and highways for day trips conveniently close to the air port too. We will be back!

Outdated but very clean and you can tell it was very classy back in the day. Their swimming pool is open 24 hours! LOVE THAT! Very nice pool. Great customer service! Room comes with a free drink in their bar and really nice complimentary breakfast.

We had called to find out what their pet policy was, and we're told that it was a $15 deposit per dog. When we checked out we were charged $30 for a pet fee. We called spoke with a manager and the manager said that he was unable to do anything, we asked for his district managers number. He said that he didn't have it didn't know it, and that he will now refund the pet fee / deposit. Along with that it is in dire need of a renovation. The one bright point of the trip was there van driver Victor, he was fantastic he busted his butt to assist anybody and everybody!

Take you right back to the seventies! Nice large rooms. Clean, a bit dated. Nice staff. Vouchers you get for breakfast and drinks are nice for Flight Crew. 24/7 pool is legit. Convenient to plenty of eateries and the airport. Nice place! :-)
