Just as described. A quality inn, not a [boutique] hotel. Clean and remodeled rooms. Standard. Complimentary continental breakfast. Not for foodies, but provides sustenance. Relatively safe. Each floor is access controlled with your room key card, but not as secure as a hotel with a lobby entrance that everyone has to pass through. The best thing was that they let us keep our bicycles in the room with us reach night. Ok for kids, but I think we were they only family there. I noticed some stains on the sheets that looks like they had been "baked" into the sheets over time. See attached photos. That was my only gripe with the place.

We stayed here to attend a Portland Trailblazer game. It was within walking distance to the stadium. There was a pool but no hot tub which was a little disappointing. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the price. A little dated but clean. Easy access to the stadium made it a no brainer.

Room was nice. Charges were not. They pulled out half of the amount we were supposed to pay beforehand without notifying us and then charged us the full amount on top of that when we checked in. The pros were that the room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and it's close to many restaurants and the convention center. Cons were the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned and I woke up to bug bites on my legs every morning.

Rooms are comfortable. Location is nice. Very close to Convention Centre train station. Close to Lloyd centre as well. Only fault that I found was that the hair-dryer was not working, & they said they had no spare. Also, they don't provide sleepers. Other than that, the staff were helpful, & guided us nicely on the places we can visit.

This place has a lot good things to like. Location and staff being the two biggest. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, A/C worked great, close to The MAX and Dutch Bros. Coffee House.

That said, it is what it is. The walls are thin, you hear people walking above you, the TV's on, doors open and close. All things I expected when I booked it so I wasn't unhappy about it. If you're looking for a decent place to stay and maybe to save some money this is a great choice, just know what to expect so you're not disappointed.
