Sammy at the front desk was the nicest, most helpful receptionist I've ever checked in with. Extremely genuine and helpful!

The hotel itself is as nice as you would expect a Holiday Inn Express to be. The rooms are cozy and comfortable.

Getting down to Portland can be a challenge over the bridge due to traffic, which is something to keep in mind, but it's a much quieter area than down in the city. It's in a nice area though and there's enough stores within a short distance to help out when on a trip.

Front desk people were very friendly and outgoing....room was clean and comfy, as most Holiday Inn Express are, hotel was very quiet, pool and spa were nice (and they said we could even use it past the posted hours if we liked), and the the breakfast was fresh and tasty....we even noticed they were changing out breads and other foods often to keep them from serving anything stale. They even offered us boxes and bags to take snacks out for the day. Great overall stay!!

Hotel is good, pretty standard Holiday Inn Express. Room is nice and clean. The pool is surprisingly nice and even has a dry sauna! A welcomed sight on a work trip. The only reason for three stars is the location, it's actually in an inconvenient spot and the traffic during rush hour makes it horrible to get too! Overall, nice place, no complaints other than location.

The staff was quite friendly and they were having a fun Halloween contest. I loved the festive decorations and free breakfast was pretty good. Nice and clean.

Good clean room, decent breakfast. They messed up my credit card info (I tried to prepay) but it was fixed by the time I left. Over all your usual holiday inn experience
