I have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with Brokerlink Sherwood Park, and actually question some of these bad reviews....??? Val Allers has been my go-to Gal for years, and has been absolutely terrific: supplying expert advice and information, returning phone calls quickly, e-mailing me pink cards to save me a trip from Edmonton, and providing better rates than my previous company. ALL my insurance is now with this agency, and Val rates a 10/10 in my books! My advice to cranky people on this site is if you are not happy about someone or something in a business , let them know immediately, thus giving them a chance to understand your problem and make things right-- don't go HERE and belly-ache!!!

Terry B has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I am getting all the coverage I need at the lowest cost possible while making sure I understand all the details in between. I currently have all of my insurance coverage through here (two vehicles and home) and will continue to for the foreseeable future. I would recommend Terry to any of my friends and family!

Terrible customer service, unreliable, inefficient. Anytime you need anything done to your policy, expect it to take several days to complete, get a phone call back or get any kind of answers. We were insured through Wawanesa via brokerlink... It took MONTHS to get pink cards/policy papers in the mail. I did not receive my pink cards for a new vehicle I purchased for over 3 to 4 months... I called a few times to inquire to discover my address was not updated on my policy and they had been sent to the wrong address...I then updated it again on my file only to discover 6 months later when it was days away from my policy renewal that my address was STILL incorrect, once again leaving me with no pink cards days away from my renewal. THANK GOD I am on top of my papers otherwise I would have been driving around with NO insurance. My husband purchased his new vehicle in May of of 2016, it is August 3rd, 2016 and he also still has not received his pink cards in the mail. Completely dissatisfied with the level of service and plan on cancelling ASAP. I also inquired about getting quotes for a different insurance company to try and save some money... A week and a half of waiting and calling.. and still do not have any answers. They even tried to discourage me from getting new quotes as it takes too much time etc. I called TD and had a quote done in 15 minutes. I realize this is a broker and it takes time to price compare etc.. but not a week and half of unanswered calls and excuses. I have had several other issues in the 4 plus years under this broker and have finally reached my breaking point of dealing with incompetence and poor service! Save yourself the time and hassle.. we ended up saving over 110$/month switching providers.
