Jane & Wilson Medical Centre

I witnessed the most unprofessional behaviour in this clinc today. The doctor has no ability to control his classless crazy wife, A young lady who was waiting to see the doctor got a phone call, the wife came to her with an attitude & asked to hang up the phone while she was on her phone as well but it seemed like the young lady had an important call & didn't want to hangup, after that the doctor's wife behaviour went wild, childish & it was uncomfortable, it was very disrespectful to everyone at the clinic! The reality is, it's not the first time the doctor's wife ruined everyone’s mood!!

Discriminatory/racist staff; accepting another patient’s FLASE information, even though they clarified it wasn’t their address and told them not to include their information but refused to give me medical attention because I gave them a red and white health card. Useless doctor I would not recommend at all. Clearly has illegal work practices in place.

Horrible clinic. The staff aren't organized especially, the smelling Somalian ladies at the reception . I don't know why Dr Otto employed them in the first place. They are the ones that would ruin that man's career. Everything about the clinic is awkward and terrible. They are so rude. Even the doctor is not left out, it takes forever to see him. You will sit down for at least 3 hours before you can see Otto. It's that bad. Shame on you guys and learn to be professional.

I went to this place after I made a phone call and they told me to go. When I went no doctors were there, they told me to wait until 4 pm to see a doctor, well I don’t understand why would anyone have a clinic if they won’t be working there full time or have other doctors. The lab And heart department people start working late during the day as well between 12pm and 2 pm which mean this place has no specific time to open. The only people you will find there are the receptionist and the pharmacist. I even noticed that they removed their working hours sheet from the door, what does that tell me other than that they are not profficionals, they r money seekers, they only work when they need to get the bills paid. As Fo me they won’t see me ever again as a patient moving on and if I could give them 0 star I would.

This is the worst walk on clinic I have ever seen in my entire life.nNothing to write home about. After waiting for 3hrs to see the doctor, they charge for other services exorbitantly and have ZERO PROFESSIONAL Grading. Pls don’t choose to attend.
