I was booked to stay here for a work trip and Kyla helped over the phone before check in and helped me get checked in. The process was easy and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing! The complimentary breakfast was good, it's nice to have hot food in the morning. Very close to the airport and they do offer complimentary shuttle service as well which was a bonus.
This hotel charges so much for a single night. You would think for the amount they’re charging the beds would be decent. But no. Every night I have spent here I have woken up with body aches. Service Plus inn upgrade your mattress. Thank you
Clean, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly as well! Highly recommended.
The staff are great, the rooms are clean, although a bit dated. The breakfast is decent and the pancake machine is a nice touch.nnThe only thing that could be really improved was the comfort of the bed. I have never been accused of being a skinny guy, so maybe the beds will be fine for others.
Pool is ALWAYS broken! Called in advance and it was working great so booked for the following day and get there and pool broke that morning. Happens every time and is such a massive disappointment for the kids who were just stuck in a vehicle for 8 hours of driving. Staff don’t care whatsoever. Will not be staying here again.
