Podollan Inn & Spa

Originally booked for 1 night, having car problems, needed two nights. Was put in another room, smooth transfer. 2nd room's cable was not working, phoned front desk, they immediately sent up a repair person, problem fixed. Room is clean and quaint. The only issue I have found is the noise that travels in from the hallway. Breakfast was top notch as well as the service. Heated parking is a definate plus!nWe almost did not stay here because of the poor reviews, we are pleased with our choice!

There’s absolutely nothing good we can say about this hotel!! Wouldn’t give a single star but this site makes you give onenDirty/dingy room, no fan in the bathroom, broken/dirty hideaway bed, dirty carpet, unlatched/broken windows on the main floor, broken/dirty blinds that had to be rigged so the people in parking lot couldn’t see in to our beds, the only chair in the room was ripped open, the room echoed and stunk and had very poor lighting. Water stains in multiple places, If you choose to shut the AC off then you have no other choice but heat on, to the point of sweating. We were going to leave a formal complaint at the front desk about our stay; however staff decided to slip our bill under the very large gap between the door and floor as we all slept!! When leaving our room during check out hour, not a single cleaner/maintenance worker could be found in the halls. We booked the family suite and paid over $200 for a stay that left us extremely unhappy! Would never recommend this hotel. Will never book there again!

Great customer service. Love the ladies at the front desk, and servers in Jax lounge are amazing. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The showers are amazing. This hotel is 100/10. Definitely my go-to hotel.

Check in was quick. Only one elevator working, and even it sounded like it was going to break. At one point it was out of service but was working again a few hours later. Room was nice, unfortunately only had view of rooftop over lobby. Was hoping to eat a meal at Jax, but it was closed when I went to check about 330-4pm.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. After being moved to a different room because the door was broken, they charged my credit card an extra 500$ for the damage of a door we did not break. Without any proof, and without checking cameras as per our request, we were kicked out. The night we checked in, we found bloody sheets. A vent on the ceiling in the hallway started pouring water at 4 am. Management was rude, I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
