Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Grande Prairie

Very good staff. Nice new hotel. Hot and cold food for breakfast. Room was great. Only comforters on the beds. I was too warm but that's just me.

Stayed here for a week for work, the hotel is modern and new. The front desk staff are great and check-in was quick. The hotel was priced below other hotels in town when we booked. The rooms come equipped with USB chargers and the bathroom is spa like. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4/5 is because the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance.

We are in a Best Western as I write. 30 dollars cheaper and twice as nice. Gave us the CAA discount. ..no questions asked. On to Minneapolis. Will try Best Western first.

Nothing like a new hotel. You can almost smell the fresh paint. So they are still clean. The rooms are very nice and the suites actually feel like suites. Internet is tiered which sucks. That is a money grab anywhere you go. There don't seem to be microwaves in the standard rooms which is odd. Service at the hotel is fast and friendly but if you have to use the call centre then you may as well just to somewhere else. It is that bad.

Limo from airport, only 5 minutes away. Very attractive interior design. Extra large standard rooms. Lots of convenient plugs for electronic devices. Counter at front selling travel size toiletries at drug store prices.
