Management and staff here go above and beyond here! Rooms are always spotless! I stay in many hotels throughout Alberta and British Columbia. I’d say this is one of the best. In regards to a neg review below.... if you don’t know your room will not be cleaned when your dogs in it... the rest of your negativity stems from your stupidity!

Best place I have stayed at in Grande Prairie, clean and comfortable. Would have given this place 5 stars except for evening front desk lady was very rude and borderline insulting to me for no reason, customer service is a position she should not be in

I loved this hotel at first, let us have our dogs there and everything. They didn't clean our room for 5 days and we had to ask, never told me they needed me to take my dogs out for service. Then i asked on the 7th day for the girl to clean up our room and to please give us clean sheets. We came into a room that the beds were made with dirty sheets. This last time we stayed there was something on the hide a bed. I went to flip the cushions and there was more. The cleaner the next day told me that it wasn't like that when we came in. Again the room service was not that great , empty paper towel holders, dirty towels left, not enough toilet paper, etc. We will not be spending any more time there as the service would get better the more you stay at a hotel and we were treated as we were more work than they wanted to do. Nice hotel just needs some better management.

Very nice and clean inside, rooms are well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
