Rooms, massive. Pool spotless. Waterslide, AMAZING. Everyone was kind and helpful. The place was CLEAN, every inch, I constantly saw staff cleaning and polishing and honestly, the effort they put in shows, from top to bottom the entire building absolutely gleamed without smelling like cleaning products. Fabulous time was had by the whole family.
Always stay here for worknI love the beds and pillows. Coffee all day and having a fitness room and hot tub/pool is a big bonus.nThe kitchenettes are a good size as well.
Stayed here for approx 5 weeks.nAll good - no complaints- maybe upgrade towels to a larger/thicker type.nnStaff are all respectful- Yana is an amazing young lady- kind with a smile that makes you feel at home away from home.
I attempted to stay at the quality inn at whitehorse last week. We arrived around 1 am, the clerk informs me that they only accept credit cards. My visa only had $140 left available but I had hundreds of dollars in cash and another $2500 in my bank account. They wouldn't do anything to compromise. I proceed back to the vehicle and realized i still have a virtual visa to make online purchases. My partner went onto Expedia and secured a room. By now it's 1:30am. We get a room secured on the site and I went back into the clerk happy to say I had figured the situation out and secured the room. This is the confirmation. He proceeds to tell me that the room we booked isn't available until after 3pm and laughs at me. Crossed his arms and said there's nothing he can do about it. He could see I was struggling and I was tired. I just wanted a hot shower and a bed. Now frustrated, my partner goes back to Expedia and canceled the room as I told the clerk if you can't help us tonight I won't be using the room tomorrow. He laughed again and said that's my choice. That's when we found out that any room secured online will not be refunded. So it cost me $230 to leave there in frustration. I did how ever find a room near by and the staff was appauled when I explained the situation I just walked away from. He was embarrassed t9 hear that this is the service that travelers are receiving after traveling thousands of kms to visit there area. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN PARK AT A QUALITY INN.
Our toilet kept running and overflowed. When calling down to the front desk, the lady said “I’m the only person here what do you want me to do”. We told her we needed someone to clean up the water and she replied “come get a mop then”. She offered us to change rooms but we had a sick child in bed and this wasn’t an option. We told her we’d pay attention to the toilet now and she said “well if it overflows in the middle of the night, that’s not my problem”.nnUnbelievably disappointed with the service and upkeep of the hotel. Will absolutely not be returning and will be sure to let the association that booked for our group know not to book here again either.
