Holiday Inn Express Grande Prairie

It was my first time staying at this holiday inn express in Grande Prairie. Easy to find and situated in a good location having a pool, hot tub, hot and tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, well kept, and amazing staff.nnUpon entering, I had the pleasure of having Mickey, the supervisor, help me in my duration of the stay. She was so wonderful, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. She is one of the reasons I'll stay at this location again in the future when I come back.nnI was welcomed with my platinum elite status, with a wonderful room upgrade, and a quick check in. Hotel is clean and well kept, so that was very impressive. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There was ample room to relax and feel at home. I was able to get a great sleep, feeling good for the next day.nnThe breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty too, with plenty of options to choose from. Even the kitchen staff were very friendly and hospitable.nnOverall, excellent hotel, and worth the price you're paying. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately left my phone charger plugged in beside the bed. I contacted the reception the same day, but was told nothing was found in the room. It was disappointing, as I clearly remembered where I left it. I expected better communication and support in situations like this. While the stay itself was okay, the lack of effort in retrieving my forgotten item left a negative impression.

The staff here makes this place just a little more special than most hotels. I ran into a issue with my fight out and they were extremely helpful and comforting.nTravel can be stressful enough but when you have a hotel where staff treats you like family, it just makes it so much easier.nOh and the breakfast options are awesome: I was able to have something different every day!

Great hotel overall!n10/10 service, super friendly staff.nFacilities were nice, the pool was great and the slide was super fun.nRooms were clean and comfortable.nGreat value!nOnly complaint was the lack of parking spots at night - it was completely full!

Great service and modern, spacious rooms. More than enough outlets for chargers, comfortable beds, and tons of storage space. Plenty of walkable locations, although not close enough to walk downtown, but restaurants, bars, and parks are nearby.
