It is not a chic place but we'll worth to stop what I love is at times they have these baskets full of really knock off items good for wallet . It's a run down place the produce is great truley worth if your on a shoe string budget . Thank you to all Segal staff . It is clean
Saw a cashier sneeze directly into her hands then continue touching people's vegetables.nLast week I saw a different employee fingering all the grapes in a bag then chucking the bag back onto the shelf without sealing it.nSaw another employee chucking apples into the apple container from like 2 metres away meaning they'll get bruised and mold quicker.nIt's been good Segal's but I'm out
Really nice little super market, cheapest place to get some decent quality products. They have a nice little veggie/vegan option which is a big plus.nIt’s quite tiny, and usually packed, so hard to navigate and not have people yelling at you to move your cart etc.. I go there every 3-4 weeks to resupply some general essential items, but they don’t have Everything that you would need.nThe avocados are cheapest place to get them, and they are good size and tasty.nI would recommend this little market any day !!!
This store kind of hiding, as there are no big signs or colors. I just followed someone who walked in. I was impressed by the fresh fruits, and also by some frozen vegan food.nPrices are reasonable. The checkout waiting time did not take too long.
Very crowded on a Sat. afternoon, so I returned another day before noon. Found lots of fresh produce some grab bags for just one dollar! and many vegan products, including $4.99 frozen Gardein ‘meats’ even the stuffed turk’y - a great price. Olive bar. Bulk bins of beans. Everything at very good prices. This would be a regular grocery source for me, if I lived a bit closer.
