Priced lower than most which is great. However only 2 cash during weekend pm evening... ultra long lines and people being nervous and irritated as no space to pass... also the automated cashes were closed.. someone dropped a jar of beet and no one came to clean up for at least 20 minutes.. so probably should organize better. Some bike racks available thanks... but mostly for gym I guess.
Ever since it’s become a Maxi the fruits and vegetables are of the lowest quality possible. You save to throw away the food , you aren’t saving anything. So disappointed to have no quality grocery store close to us . Don’t waste your time nor your money!
They allegedly offer pc express pickup but I've yet to ever have it live up to the name. Expect to be put on hold for upwards of 30 minutes o ly to be told to come inside and wait some more. It is literally faster to do groceries myself. They will also substitute items without warning or simply not give you whole boxes worth of food. As for shopping there yourself it's not much better because most of the produce is either rotting or on the verge of rotting. The meat is alright for quality but there's very little of it and they're constantly running out of stock of many items. The staff run the gambit from very nice and helpful to downright rude. Most of them are unhelpful. Never bothered with their names but you'll know the good from the bad. Witness below the bag of grapes I recieved from my online order. It was filled to the brim with Rotten grapes no longer even on the stem. I've had so many issues with this store I didn't even think would be problems. I'm going to a different store from now on, grocery shopping shouldn't be a hassle.
Nice store. Toilets are available in mall next door. Prices are decent.
The choice is limited, the customer service is terrible, and the place is neither clean nor spacious. It's always crowded. The only positive point is that it's open until 10 pm. Despite living in the area, I don't like it at all.
