I always liked their service but not today.nToday I went to a cashier to pay as I am done to shop.nAs she’s scanned everything, out of no where she was holding the loaf of bread that I bought and she was counting the days of its expiration date.nShe started to talk with her colleagues in Chinesewhich I don’t understand at all and it seemed like they are checking the price of the bread.nThe cashier didn’t explain or talk to me anything about what was going on until her colleague was back to her after checking the price.nThe price of the BUTTER BREAD is usually $3.99 but it was $1.99 today.nAs the cashier made sure that it was on SALE, then she gave the bread back to me.nI felt very upset and so disappointed to her that she was wondering or doubting if I cheated with the price of the bread.nThe LOAF BUTTER BREAD was on SALE!nnIn my opinion, she should have explained or told me in ENGLISH as I am not Chinese what and why she was doing before she was holding the bread.nBecause of ONE weakly trained cashier, Kim Phat could have a bad impression which I am concerned about.

Good selection. Groceries are more reliably fresh than similar grocery stores. Good deals on meat and frozen items. The only issue is that it's challenging to access via public transit but the REM should make it easier if you are arriving from an easterly direction.

Very disappointed!nThis is the 3rd time I have this problem!nJust bought them yesterday!

Interesting variety of Asian products including kitchen accessories, fruits and vegetables, meats, bakery, packaged food. Store is large and organized, bright and clean but can be busy at times. The staff is friendly. Prices range from average to a bit on the higher end. Keep an eye on the specials of the week listed on the flyer. There's no restaurant area. Parking provided.

I enjoyed all the food items I purchased from here; uncooked stuff like meat and veggies are very fresh. I sampled all types of buns from the bakery section, all super yummy and fresh! The roasted duck is huge, fresh and yummy. Many choices from home, love the pea chips and puffs as well as Taiwanese fish balls & I bought so much that I was worried how to carry things home, and it’s wonderful that they offer boxes . Will come back often!
