This location is way better than Jarry. It's so clean and modern. Great selection and friendly staff

Interesting variety of Asian products including kitchen accessories, fruits and vegetables, meats, bakery, packaged food. Store is large and organized, bright and clean but can be busy at times. The staff is friendly. Prices range from average to a bit on the higher end. Keep an eye on the specials of the week listed on the flyer. There's no restaurant area. Parking provided.

Worst service ever. These people are discriminating. I went to that store to get meat and was buying over 20kg of meat. I am 32 weeks pregnant and wanted to take what I bought using their cart to bring to my car. They said that it was impossible and that I had to carry everything in my hands in the box. I showed and told that thy I am pregnant and that I cannot carry this to my car. The woman didn’t want to know anything she just said she doesn’t care. So I had to leave everything at the cash because was not going to risk my pregnancy for their discrimination.

I enjoyed all the food items I purchased from here; uncooked stuff like meat and veggies are very fresh. I sampled all types of buns from the bakery section, all super yummy and fresh! The roasted duck is huge, fresh and yummy. Many choices from home, love the pea chips and puffs as well as Taiwanese fish balls & I bought so much that I was worried how to carry things home, and it’s wonderful that they offer boxes . Will come back often!

First time coming to this Kim Phat, which used to be an IGA and WOW! It is super clean, organized, has everything necessary that any Asian will need as an ingredient.nVery friendly staff as well! Looks very fresh their fruits and vegetables. Their are fresh fishes available as well. Meats, beers & lots of varieties if beverages available see pictures. Can be a little pricey, but worth it if you have the extra money for fresh foods!nnLots of places for free parking right at the side of Kim Phat.nThere's also a YMCA Cartierville near it, dry cleaning, Vietnamese Pho restaurant, Chatime for bubble tea.
