We stopped by on our way home to the W.nI. to do some shopping. I needed to use the bathroom extremely urgent. A large cup of Tea and I am 62 years old. I was with my son and certainly do not look like an unhoused or drug addict. I first asked a clerck, who told us that the bathroom was in the front of the cashes. We got to the front an there my son asked where the ladies room was. Well, he asked in English and the snarly employee told us that there weren't one and then, it was broken. Nice service! It would have probably fine if we ask in french! Je suis parfaitement bilingue! Je suis dans l'industrie de l'alimentation depuis 34 ans. Nous avons une toilette publique. Elle est rarement brisé...Nous avons acheter un article et avons quitté. Et en plus, l' endroit sent mauvais...Mais un très beau magasin quand-même...

What a disgusting store! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I tried to return a damaged item. The expiration date was correct, but most likely the technology or storage conditions were violated. My response was ridicule. The manager drank one of the bottles in the package to test it, declared it was delicious, and left. He even mocked my English! And here I am, limping with a cane, old enough to be his mother, enduring this humiliation. May my expired drink not only ruin your immunity, but also your potency!

Visited on 5:30PM Tuesday to buy live lobster, the guy at fish counter said it was too late and won't even brother to spend 2 mins catching one. What is the point to close the fish counter so early that people who get off work at 4:30PM or 5PM would never have the chance on weekdays??

Typical IGA store, prices are on the higher side but the stores offer a different shopping experience. Weekly specials can be interesting. Located right in front of the Henri Bourassa station. Indoor parking is what makes me come here on rainy days. Some staff are friendly and helpful, some are not that much.
