I got an ice-cream one week ago and i found that was expired since July 2023. I returned it back to them on next day. Today, I went again after 6 days and found that the ice-cream is still there and same issue all packs were expired and no one take a quick action to remove it from the fridge. I informed their supervisor for the second time and she was shocked. Shame!!! I cannot trust IGA anymore and this is not safe at all.

Typical IGA store, prices are on the higher side but the stores offer a different shopping experience. Weekly specials can be interesting. Located right in front of the Henri Bourassa station. Indoor parking is what makes me come here on rainy days. Some staff are friendly and helpful, some are not that much.

Overall it’s a convenient grocery store especially for the seniors at the residence next door however the management M. Martel and the owner treats the customer with disrespect!nIn contacting the store manager about an issue at the prepared food counter I was subjected to poor customer service with condescending attitude by the owner!nIt seems the customer and his issues are not listened to and ignored.

A lot of choice of products. Well sorted by sections. Nice stuff.

I will be explaining my crazy experience soon. Lets just say dont take pictures apparently its not legal haha.
