Worst customer service ever!nTried to use the self checking but one of the products wouldn't pass so the cashier attended came and to my surprise said you can only pass 12 items here and started arguing with me on how I m not doing it properly.nWith her tone and attitude I asked to speak to a manager who initially apologised then said you will have to cancel this order and start all over again. And left huffing and puffing when I told her that at other shops I pass all my groceries with no issues.nA series of misunderstanding that was really not handled professionally.nTook my bag and left the cart as is since none of the ladies wanted to help solve the issue.nWent to the maxi further up on Newman which offers much professional customer service .
Look what they sell for a cheaper price
I paid for all of my products and one of the employees telling me that I didn’t scan one of product. Telling me to go back and scan it. I showed him proof that I scanned it and paid for all of my products. Also telling me are you sure you paid for it, when I showed him the receipt in front of him. Didn’t even bother saying sorry or taking accountability for his mistake.
Racist security guard and employees. Call me a thief and don't bother making decision based on facts. I will be going to the media because an organization which hires racist employees has no business to do anything in montreal.
