The gentleman working the front counter was extremely helpful when I dropped of my package.

I thought at first that this is a brand new store, and they’re just getting set up with their systems, pricing, processes, etc. It’s been over 5 months, and there are still no prices on any of the merchandise. There is clearly no training for any of the staff, and most importantly, because I’m only forced to visit this location to pick up my fedex and ups packages, they don’t even have a system to track/locate any packages. They will ask you: -which company is the package from? -what is your address? -what size is the package? -which shipping company? -what’s your name? -when did we receive the package? All this personal information is scribbled down in a book on the front counter for all the public to see. Also, worst of all is that half the packages are littered through the store alongside the merchandise with no pricing so a customer could easily grab it. I just left there and a stack of packages are sitting on the ice cream cooler right beside the front door. This business is truly concerning, and needs some sort of intervention.

Never had a bad experience with the clerks, they're all nice. They have a surprisingly varied drink selection, with even some harder to find ones like Cherry or Vanilla Coke, and a whole plethora of flavours of Arizona. Lot of candy selection,chocolates and all.New Ownership has made this store even better and got lots of new products and Bit Coin Machine as well.

I frequent this quiet, community corner store often, and I am always pleased. The staff are friendly, patient, and always helpful. If you are looking to do a full grocery shop for the week, this spot likely isn't your best bet. But if you just need to grab supplies for an easy meal, a snack & cup of joe on your way to work, or special treat for conquering the day, this is your spot.

Went above and beyond to help me out with a UPS delivery! This was so welcomed after having absolutely terrible customer service on multiple occasions from the Lonsdale UPS Store and UPS customer service. I will be getting all of my UPS packages delivered to here from now on!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. As a UPS access point, this is where all of my UPS packages go to be picked up if I am not at home when the package is delivered as a full-time worker, I am not often at home at these times. On receiving my notice, I am then supposed to have seven calendar days to pick up my package. I have had not one but TWO packages that have been returned to sender, after six days and then after just FOUR DAYS. The first package was returned even though they had received a call from UPS directly telling them to hold the package. When entering to claim the second package the lady claimed that it wasn't her fault it had been returned, and that she had no way to track the package. I then asked for the managers contact information, to which she claimed there was no manager. Horrible customer service, and a lousy attitude from the employee. Hoping to tell UPS to never deliver my packages to this access point again. Will also be sending a complaint to UPS.

Everything you need and more. Reasonable prices, clean and friendly service. New dealership is doing a great job! Keep it up, guys.
