The parking capacity is ok, usually filled on the front but ample parking on the rear side and has entrance to it, so accessibility is good.nnRooms are nicely cleaned. For access to building you need a card so security is good.nnThe staff is friendly and has doors to two restaurants with bar and food. So staying good and enjoying, all at one stop.nnCoffee is always available at entrance so need to make a stop for a coffee on your way to work.nnThe only thing m not sure is breakfast if that is available or not.nnHave stayed there multiple times, no complaints.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, with great dining options like Denny's Earl’s just steps away. Overall, a wonderful experience.
I love staying at the Sandman in GP! Ramona has amazing customer service and all the staff were so wonderful. We enjoyed 2 nights, our room was spotless as well as the entire hotel. The pool was great. We loved having both Bar 1 and Dennys there as well. Thanks again Ramona!
The room was well made up and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and inviting. The location is fantastic right in the center of downtown. There was a very sketchy person creeping around the property when we returned to the hotel after a night out around 3 am and it seemed like they were going to try to approach us however security happened to be doing their patrol through the parking lot and scared them off thankfully. Made us feel very secure and gave us piece of mind. Will be staying here in the future.
From walking into lobby and being greeted by a great lady, Ramona to checking out the next day I am very impressed with this hotel. As a business traveller spending at least 2-3 nights per week in a hotel there are a lot of things I like to see in a hotel. Friendly efficient front desk people is one and Ramona definitely checked that box for me. She has my vote for employee of the month. Adequate lighting in bathroom is another box to check off, check!nOnly downfall is a small desk in my type of room and way too small parking spots in parking lot. Very common deficiencies in most hotels. Driving a F350 definitely does not help.nUnlike so many hotels in this town I wasn’t bent over with respect to cost. Very reasonably priced in today’s hotel costs.nHighly recommend this hotel.
