At Salus, we strive each day to provide healthy and delicious foods to our customers. This process begins with sourcing the freshest ingredients from our farmers. We prepare and grill all of our ingredients in-house on a daily basis to guarantee the freshness of all of our dishes. We do not add preservatives or fillers. Our customers can tailor their salad, box, and shake to any specific dietary need and we will ensure that the request is made. Salus guarantees to provide our customers with the healthy meals they need to meet their busy lifestyles.

Hands down the best fresh fast food restaurant I've been to. They cook all their meat in house and all their veggies and toppings are always so fresh. I find myself craving it all the time! I love being able to combine so many different flavours from their very impressive and growing amount of toppings. Also love their vegan options (they have both tofu and falafel).Very fast and easy service every time I'm there and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their product.

Salus is Toronto's one and only fresh salad bars. Nothing like this place... Their salad options are the freshest by far that I've come across. Having the option to make a custom salad, wrap or box is genius, since I've found this place, I come back every day. Friendly staff who are actually passionate about food makes the experience way more inviting then most. Highly recommend you visit Salus.

Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews, but in this instance I have to give credit where credit is due. I travel frequently for work and find it difficult to eat well on the road. I have no problem paying a premium for a meal if its fresh, heathy and satisfies my hunger. The issue is that I usually I only have 30 minutes to quickly scarf something down in between meetings. I stumbled upon Salus as I was looking for an alternative to my usual boring salad bowl and let me just say, what an absolute treat The gentleman behind the counter, Aaron I believe, made a custom bowl in front of me with some of the freshest and crispest vegetables I have had in a long time. The portion size was massive and the price point was laughably cheap for the value. I really have to tip my cap to the people there. They have struck gold with this one. I can't wait until work takes me back to Toronto so I can stop in again

LOVE the food! Always looking for a healthy option on my way home from the gym and Salus is perfect. The staff are super friendly as well :)

This place is ridiculous! We ordered "grilled" chicken, mushrooms, and "grilled" shrimp in one salad; and tofu, crunchy chick peas, and edamame in another. The salads came mixed up with a little of each in both orders. There was not grilled anything. Just chicken with an implied grilling strip on it, and the shrimp was cocktail shrimp that you would defrost and have with the red sauce. And for the pleasure of this debacle we paid $34.95 to have it delivered to our house. Talk about first world problems, right? But a problem nevertheless, because for the expense you can't even get what you asked for.
