Got the Sababa and the peaches green smoothie. The salad bowl was good! Smoothie was quite ok.

I generally love the food from this franchise but this location repeatedly screws up my online pickup orders. I ordered a salad with the trout today and the trout was missing this is the third time this has happened to me!. I didn't want to go back to the shop have this corrected since it's a 10min walk from my office. Would be nice if they can get some quality control or better training in place. I will be going to the Brookfield location from now on.

If I could give a 0 star I definitely would. Ordered a bowl with trout and salmon - in 15 minutes I threw up. Taste wasn’t there, super fishy trout  probably old or frozen 1000 times. It is just my suggestion. Overall taste was bland and insipid.  I don’t know if there’re every dish like that but my first experience was just horribly poor.  0 stars.

Always my go to when I’m downtown looking for clean, nutritious and healthy meals. Staff are great, selection can be limited towards the end of the evening. Cookies are delicious!Recommended dishesSparta

Food is good and affordable. Prices are reasonable for portions.Atmosphere is fresh and trendy. It is definitely more of a “healthy fast food” to-go place due to lack of seating, layout, and food style.

Healthy and delicious food, especially desirable for those who like to train hard and eat well. Prices are fair for the quality & area. Lima bowl is a fave!

The quantity I received for a 13$ salad did not even amount to a side salad. This is modern day robbery. Save your $ and go to places nearby like Pi Co who give you a salad for 13$ and can add as many toppings and is 3x the amount.

Pick up a satisfying meal or snack, consciously prepared! Great vegetarian meal boxes, Sababa is a favourite! They can easily be customized to suit your taste. Also on Ritual for easy ordering and skip the line pick up. Love it!

I have been picking up smoothies from IQ every now and then from the King W location and never received as much as a thanks or smile from the staff ever. I’ve noticed this with the other IQs too - It’s like IQ trains them to not be friendly with customers. The last few times, they messed up my order — I paid extra for add-ons to my smoothie which I later realised were never added. This time I actually pointed out that the Spirulina I paid a dollar extra for wasn’t added in because of the color of the smoothie and ‘asked’ them to add it - instead of apologising, they very sarcastically comment how they would obviously add it since I asked for it!! Not going to return to this place where the staff has so much attitude and has no regard for the customer!
