Live Organic Food Bar -Liberty Village

As a top Realtor in Toronto I need places I can trust for family, friends and clients. I need places I can refer people to or send people to as a closing gifts. This is one of those places. Wonderful staff. Top quality. They show pride in all the do. Took some friends the other day for the first time and it was fab. I enjoyed the food. There is a slim selection of well prepared, tasty, thoughtfully assembled dishes on the menu and the service was prompt. My biggest issue with the restaurant is how greasy everything was. Everything left a residue on my hands and coated the inside of my mouth with oil. I'll probably eat there again, but ask for the dressing on the side.

Just like the name says, it's organic, it's fresh and it's delicious. They also have fair prices. If your looking for a very healthy alternative, this is the place to go eat in or take out.

Have gotten two different kinds (three sisters and trainer's) of bowls and the eggplant parm here, and my meal has been delicious every time. I personally liked the bowls a lot more because they're a lot more filling, and had a lot more variety in them. One of my favorite spots in liberty village!

I love this place! Delicious food, love that they have take home options, very convenient for when you don't have time to cook (mung bean pancakes are amazing!). Highly recommend their green falafel salad (the mint dressing is so good), the chocolate avocado cake, and the chocolate almond dream fudge. I've had bad experiences with vegan deserts at other places in the past but this place knows how to do it right! The setting is clean and inviting and the staff is friendly. One of my favourite healthy food restaurants
