Went here for breakfast, and got different buns to try out. All flavours taste really good and they have different varieties. Would recommend

Absolutely amazing food with fabulous prices! You can get a meal here for under $10 a person because their buns are so filling! I love coming here. Everything I have tried has been delicious. If you want something a little more or different they have lovely salads and soups as well.

Did a takeout latte and cinnamon buns. Buns were quite tasty: soft, simple, lots of cinnamon which is nice may benefit from a slight simple icing as an option. The latte wasn't very good the coffee part seemed a little off/burnt. Very friendly and good prices. I may give them another try with their other buns/food. Maybe I had bad luck with the latte.

You should go here! Friendliest staff ever! I had a Hamburger bun, my wife had the curry chicken. Tastes great! Then a cinnamon buns each. Then ordered 2 salt bulbs and 2 cinnamon buns to take home! The young lady serving went above and beyond. Everyone that came in seemed to be regulars. Steady, always people in the ordering line,but no waits.it was Monday about lunch, but easy parking in front of the shop. We came from Vancouver, and are always pleased and delighted when we come by. DON'T MISS OUT!

Honestly I love it, the owners are the sweetest and the food is great. In the summer the rear patio garden was always so nice to sit and eat in. I used to come often when I lived in Victoria and try to go every time I visit.Food: 5/5

Hidden gem!!! I could eat there every day!! And such value compared to most around here. Homemade buns stuffed with amazingness! Very nice people running it and they know how to make buns!!! The cinnamon buns are top quality as well!! Try to go real early when it's all still hot out of the oven.

This is my go to lunch spot. The buns are amazing, every one I've tried has been great. They also have really good soup, and their soup and bun combo is one of the cheapest lunches you can get downtown. The owners are super friendly and polite, and you can tell how much they care about the quality of everything they make. The cinnamon buns are also worth going out of your way for the blueberry pecan ones are amazing.

Recommended here by my coworkers, I found the buns were not to my liking. I believe this is due to taste and therefore I won't leave stars based on this alone. The service is great and friendly, the store is cute and comfy. The food is well priced and there is a wide selection of flavours available. However...I really did not enjoy the Cajun Mushroom bun. It tastes like Campbell Mushroom soup concentrate with some spice in it. I was hoping for a nice Mushroom medley. This was not the case. I recommend the owners discontinue this bun as it doesn't look like it sells very well compared to some of the other options. I really enjoyed the roast beef bun however and the pickle in the middle was a nice surprise. The variety of cream cheese buns are good too. I'm taking two stars off the top because I do not believe that the bun should be microwaved before serving. It wasn't really 'warmed up' I just got a lukewarm bun and the texture of the contents do not go well with 'lukewarm.' Some sort of oven would have a much better effect and keep the quality more artisanal. Over all I like the shop and I'll eat here again, but maybe I'll be a little less adventurous in my selection.
