Cinnamon Rolls North American Style ... in vegan ... of course I am trying them. I took the "Cookie Monster Roll" – what a good looking, delicious bomb. It's so huge that it seduced me two days in a row. Yummy. And because whenever I see a vegan brownie I'm trying one, I took one of those too. It didn't disappoint. In my opinion it has the consistency and the flavour a good brownie should have. Excellent. Will come back, once I worked off those extra calories. ;-
These were some of the best, and most interesting, cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Would never know they were vegan! Love this place….so yummy!
this place is the bomb. i’m so happy they came to Vic, as i used to go to the Edmonton locations often. the food is so good and the workers are nice. however, for the love of God PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF. every time i have been in here, there has been only one guy working and a lineup out the door. i was overwhelmed and anxious for him quite frankly. this one worker has to take orders, prepare the food, bake the buns, answer the phone, and so much more. have some sympathy for your amazing workers please
The opening line was long and painful, but we got the buns. They’re very good and even the gluten free not-a-roll tastes great! Staff are so nice under all that opening stress. Love how customizable everything is! Congrats on the opening.
When you get a bun fresh and warm with the icing slathered on... oh man, it's a little slice of heaven. The prices are a bit steep. $5.50 for a regular roll and $7+ for the specialties. I got an apple pie roll and it was pretty damned tasty. Definitely a special occasion treat and not a daily or even weekly indulgence!
Story time. My partner had ordered me 4 items: - An iced coffee - A cinnabun - Cookie dough mocha - And cookie dough "elvis" However, what we received were based only on correct items: - A vegan dark chocolate milk Silk - A cinnamon based cookie - Cookie dough with sprinkles birthday cake? - And cookie dough "elvis" The first two items seemed to be replacements despite not having approved of this, and the third one seemed to be human error. Now, although I enjoyed it overall, it was not what I wanted. Also, I prefer my cookie dough chilled, not room temperature.
I have been wanting to try this place! The pictures looked amazing... They definitely lived up to the hype. It's worth the price, lots of variety and the staff are friendly and fast. They are big, you could split one between two people for sure. Will definitely be coming back!
DELICIOUS!! Must try! Cant even tell they're vegan! Had the very berry and biscoff special cinnamon rolls. Wish there was a location open on the mainland. So good :
Stopped in here because I’ve been hearing good things about it. What people are saying is true and you should listen to them. They’re cinnamon buns are warm and have great toppings, I will return!
Product was great. Employees working there were extremely rude and unprofessional, which has been my experience from a few visits. Firstly, does not seem to make sense to blast music where every other word is the N-word in a family dessert establishment. On another visit, the employee talked on their cell phone not to a customer and ignored me for a few minutes. Once I ordered, they looked at the screen to see if I had left a tip. I did not. They then informed me it would take 15 minutes. This was for the basic cinnamon bun, and I was the only person there. Probably 45 seconds later, they slapped the order on the shelf and said nothing. I guess they didn't want to wait around with me for 15 minutes. Also, the first time I went here, there were no employees in the store. I waited for five minutes and left.
