Great pies, super friendly staff. Everything is fresh made. The ice cream is also very good.

Our family absolutely loves this pie shack. It has a cool behind the counter kitchen view from both, above and from the front. There is a great selection of savory and sweet pie which makes it hard to just pick one or two pies. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They offer a cooked ready to eat product and a take and bake with instructions for the non culinary type people. We will travel with our cooler from North Island just to fill it up with pies for home style cooking.

nice pie shop inside a community market place. hearty, easy to eat savoury pie. We had steak mushroom pie and usually when i have steak pie, i don’t like chunky pieces of meat. But here, the meat is shredded and so soft that you can pull them apart with a fork.

My partner bought an apple pie and when I got home and looked at it, it actually looked like trash. It looked so sloppy I honestly could have made it better myself and I'm so disappointed it was rock hard, it fell apart when I cut it, and barely had any flavor. Oh my god.

We bought an apple pie which had way to many apples, some which were not fully cooked. The top of the pie crumbled as soon as we tried to cut it and fell apart when we tried to remove a piece. The crust also had no taste very bland.

A bunch of clearly labeled vegan options! They also have vegan ice cream vegan coconut mango currently.

Had a very tasty peach pie. Packed full and peach with fresh pastry. Would have been perfect with some ice cream which isn't included in the price!

My partner got me a gluten free banana cream pie for my birthday today and I was amazing! Their first gluten free graham cracker crust - and it was a success, couldn’t tell the difference!

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! I have a special place in my heart for apple pie. I had been hearing about this place in Victoria for many months and always wanted to try their famous pies. Finally, while visiting the island, I braved traffic and bought my apple pie. And yes, I bought a whole pie for myself. Kindly reserve judgment, sometimes a girl needs the comfort of pie. The pie was absolutely marvelous. The apples were sweet and tart. The crust was to die for. It almost was a mash up of puff pastry and pie dough. So, so delicious. I warmed up a slice at home later that evening and topped it with ice cream--the perfect way to end the day. Can't wait to try other yummies from this place.
