Popular place with a line out the door. There are 2 registers and a tiny waiting space inside. We got a mushroom quiche, a tart, gluten free chocolate pistachio cookie very good. They forgot to give us the quiche as we had it warmed up. They gave us an extra one instead. Great, friendly service. Pastries are okay, maybe depends what you get. There are a lot of selections from the window and more inside. Worth trying!

Crust Bakery is one of the best bakeries I have tried so far. My family and I ate at this bakery for breakfast for two days. We tried a lot of varieties and liked all of them. Pastries- Blueberry & Vanilla Custard Pastry and Raspberry, Lychee & Rosewater Pastry, "Apple Crack," & Salted Almond Pastry were delicious. I like the crunchiness when you bite it, which then melts in the mouth - yummy! The tarts were okay. I will revisit this place with my family on my next trip to Victoria.

Delicious pastries. This small bakery offers some very tasty pastries including vegan snd gluten-free options. There was a line. I would say don't mind the line , it is very telling. The staff were nice and pleasant. The prices are reasonably priced. Definitely a must try!

Parked in front of it to grab some TH and saw this bakery. The pastries looked delicious and fresh from the outside. Decided to support them instead the chain food and I wasn't disappointed. Coffee was great, the lychee raspberry pistachio was so good, a bit too crispyburned on the outside but I like it that way and really enjoyed it.

Probably some of the best baked goods I've ever had - bar none. The herb blend in the sausage roll was perfect and most importantly, it wasn't too salty. On the other hand the ham and cheese croissant was flavourful, buttery, and had a healthy amount of filling.

Small but cute space with delicious sweet and savory pasties! Some of the pastries were a little tough to bite into but they still tasted great. I agree with a few other reviewers that the pastries seem a little overpriced for the quality you get. We bought 6 pastries total. The person taking our order put them in 3 separate thin paper bags. I wish they packed them into one of the small boxes they had instead. Would have been easier for us to hold. Small issue but my partner commented on the same thing to me later. I know, it's a trivial problem but we BOTH thought it. There was a short line when we were there at around 1pm on a Friday.

We loved this spot! To ensure you get the goods you want, I would recommend ordering online before going in. You can also skip the line that way. The croughnuts were a little rich for us. We loved the cruffins the most and would probably get just the plain croissants in the future. So tasty!

This place is a MUST visit in Downtown, Victoria. I was only visiting for the weekend and I came back twice! Our favorites are: - Lychee rosewater danish - Apple Toffee danish - double chocolate pistashio gluten free cookie Staff was awesome and very helfpul. Street parking is available and there is a parking garage behind that gives visitors free 1hr parking on the lower level.

i think the people working at this gorgeous establishment may have been the kindest souls i’ve ever met. the bakery was steady busy when i was there around 2:30-3:30 but never an overwhelming amount. if you’re looking for a study place though, this is not really it. great vibes but not enough space to fit a laptop- great for reading though!! awesome music as well- everything from kacey musgraves to frank ocean. delicious cappuccinos and pastries pictured is the perfectly sweet lychee pastry highly recommend this place in every way besides if you are working on a laptop lol
