Tres Gourmet Bakery & Cafe

Hand down one of the best bakeries we tried in a long long time. The pastry is top notch. The coffee is wonderful. The prices are cheaper than you would expect considering the high quality. The sitting is comfortable.I am lucky I am not local. Because if I was, I would probably spend there every morning.

Absolutely incredible pastries. My wife said the almond chocolate croissant was the best pastry she’s ever eaten. The blueberry scone and quiche were also excellent. They have lots of indoor seating and a couple patio tables as well. Great atmosphere and accommodating staff. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous and lovely place with tons of space inside! I'm actually mad that I didn't come here sooner. It does close pretty early at 4pm though. I tried a blueberry lemon scone and it was super delicious and I enjoyed my flat white as well. Great service. I'll definitely be back!

Spacious cafe and a good selection of pasteurized. The cappuccino had a good amount of milk foam but it was a made bit too hot.

I'm so glad we tried this place, super friendly staff and later chatted with Tracy the owner for a bit. So nice to meet someone so passionate, wish we'd live closer!!! We had the lemon blueberry sconce so flavourful, coffees were great too ! Highly recommended this place, best to take something on the road if you're traveling!!! Got a cinnamon roll & strawberry almond tarts & extra sconces on the go ... Can't wait to be back .

If you could only visit one bakery in Victoria Tres Gourmet would be the one. Unlike most bakeries, there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy one or two the wonderful creations offered along with a coffee. If you are lucky you will meet Tracy M, the proprietor who is passionate this magical place. Bravo Tracy!

My son and I were out of town visiting and decided to grab a few baked items and a beverage. I had the lavender London fog and it was one of the best I have ever had! We also ordered a few baked items which were amazing! The customer service was excellent, the owner herself made her rounds to see how everyone was doing and even made a point to socialize with my son and I and truly made our experience exceptional!

My new favourite dessert experience!! Shared 4 desserts with friends. 1 Persian love Cake-orange flavour to die for, not to sweet even though it had icing on it; 2 Blue berry coffee cake-so moist yet a crisp tasty crust on top-reminded me of home; 3 Lavender tea cake-oh my gosh this was delish and 4 Lemon cake was a nice subtle tasty ending. You have to try this place! And the hot chocolate was very chocolatey, as it should be! Thank you!

This is one of the best bakeries I've ever been to in my life! Everything we ordered was exquisite, and over the course of a couple of days, we ordered almost all of the pastries! The staff was all very friendly and helpful and we spoke with the owner and she was delightful and engaging.

I love going here to get work done for school. They have a ton of seating to choose from and are always friendly. Great atmosphere, nice and cool in the summer, delicious sandwiches, amazing drinks. Definitely a favourite of mine!
