Beautiful store with a big selection. Plus the people work here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Chantal was the person who helped me with choosing the right kid carrier backpack, she gave excellent advice and also demonstrated all the fonctions and adjustments of the carrier. I would definitely come back for more gears.

Great!! I bought shoes to run outside in the winter and they’re great!! At the shoe section, it said the pair was 25% off, but when i get to the cash to pay, there was no discount applied. I explained to the cashier, he went to check, came back and said the 25% was just a tag that they forgot to take off, but since it’s their mistake, they still gave me the discount!! Very professional, thank you!!

I went Thursday to find a fishing rod and Don was such a great help. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find a good fishing rod. He was also very nice and looked happy to help and he was also comprehensive of the fact that I didn't know anything about fishing and kindly explained everything to me. Great experience thank you Don!

The people on the floor are ok, But the customer service is terrible. I spoke to two different ladies the day before telling me to go to their store to process my order only to drive 70 km and have them tell me they couldn't fill my order. I have spent thousands of dollars at Sail & will no longer go there . All the stuff they have can be bought elsewhere. Their word is worthless. These people are totally incompetent ! I guess this why Amazon is taking over.

Nice store however no good morning when you walk in . I had to ask the stock boy where to find an item who had to go find a salesman fortunately I found what i needed . However no eye contact with cashier when i paid for my item .
