Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Last weekend, the older man at the hunting counter spoke to me like I was trash when I was just trying to buy bullets and a gun, with my kids. He was extremely rude. I swore I wouldn’t come back, but today I went in to buy my hunting license. The woman at the service cash was just as rude, acting like I was bothering her. On top of that, their system wasn’t even working so I couldn’t get my permits.nnInstead of leaving, I decided to check out the hunting department again, and the woman at the cash actually told me multiple times: “The exit is there!” in a rude, condescending tone, basically kicking me out of the store.nnI’ve spent thousands of dollars here, I’m an avid hunter, and I was about to buy a new firearm—but this was the final straw. I will never step foot in this store again.

Beautiful store. Clean. Tidy. Perfect place for outdoor équipement. A little pricey but generally good quality.

Good collection but understaffed. I wad to wait more than 10 minutes to get assistance with winter boots.

Great knowledge of their products from tents to rifles to kayaks to binoculars. Always greeted with a hello and a friendly smile. I spend too much to justify here as many others and as a whole supplier to many outdoor products they could be a lot more competitive in pricing or add some type of loyalty to customers.

Wow what a store experience...great place to shop for fishing hunting hiking camping almost any outdoor sport and Sail has it. Take a friendly picture with the moose on the 2nd floor.
