Empire Vaudreuil

I've been here many times over the years and today was the first time I had a bad experience. I waited close to 30 minutes for service and the store wasn't busy. All I wanted were snowboarding boots for my nephew. I didn't need to try anything on. I just wanted to know if they were in stock. I'm happy they did have in stock after waiting all this time. I'm just surprised that the clerk didn't get someone else to serve me after watching me pace around for so long since the customer he was serving had a bazillion questions.

Love the environment of this store. I'm always greeted when walking in, and someone is always available when you need some assistance. They definitely provide great quality products! I have never had any problems with the purchases I have made here. Absolutely recommend coming here!

Pricey like expected from such specialty stores but between specials and the mega inventory possible to find reasonably priced items. My son loves this place! Service was excellent.

Products and selection are solid. Managers are very nice and helpful. However, employees behind cash are rude, unpleasant and have soo much miss directed attitude, they don't what to with.. Too bad.

Nice place. You will find what you want, but the price might be a bit higher than average.
