Excellent customer service at the Vaudreuil Bureau En Gros!nWe went in for a few office supplies and at checkout, we were approached by a very warm and friendly staff member, Mathieu F., about our internet service at home.nWe are currently having BIG problems with our Bell service and Mathieu stepped up to help us and took time to look at our file. He is clearly knowledgeable and a rare find in customer service! He has great people skills and was very patient and eager in helping us. Mathieu deserves much praise in his role and should be an example to all, working in customer service. We hope he is greatly appreciated for his skills and service by the company and should be rewarded and compensated appropriately.nNo, we are not related and only met him yesterday; however we were so impressed, that we had to take the time to write this.

I came here to grab some school supplies for a school bag drive I am doing locally. When I rolled up to the register the cashier looked a little stunned with all the supplies we grabbed. However within a minute a manager came by to give her a hand and asked about the drive, and brought out boxes to help us carry all the supplies.nThank you Mohamed for the help and the encouragement.
