Great Service! The new owner really knows his stuff, very knowledgeable about bicycle fiiting and accessories. I have had my bike repaired by them and they did a great job, very thorough. I highly recommend this store for great service!

New owner is terrible. Will not honour annual service agreement on purchase. Very condescending. Also wants payment in advance on a small repair. Go elsewhere to spend your money, where they value your business.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they'll go to great lengths in order to ensure the right bike is chosen and fitted correctly.

I have been in business fot or 33 years , I have never seen such bad and disrespectful attitude towards a client before !! Believe or not, better service at Canadian Tire...! Beware of these unprofessional's that claim to have good service, the owner or manager is a real A/O!!!! First and last bike I purchase from Giant, Vaudreuil ....very bad after sales experience , I certainly do not recomend!!I If you want good advice.... Stay away , beware!! Je ne recommande pas à personne d'aller à cette boutique.
