This place is one of my favorite places to shop , my friends know too , that when they are going to give me a gift certificate, it's always Lequiper , Good quality stock that lasts longer , it's mainly construction hard quality clothing , but also they have non construction clothing and shoes , fir both man and women.
Went in to purchase safety shoes...wasn't greeted. Wasn't helpednot the first time. I chose three kinds . Found my sizes and checked google for reviews. Once I had made my decision I inquired about a price match since all the retailers I had checked reviews on had them for 15$ lessthe other retail sites were the ones to make the sale since I had to check their reviews for help. Was told by the manager that they dont price match. I mentioned that Canadian Tire does. Was told that they don't.After returning home. I went to the equipeur.ca site and they do have a price match policy. I would have been able to show several brick and mortar stores lower prices. Manager mentioned being employed there for 15 years. Either the website or the manager needs an update
Bad Don't go there. No stock. Storefront is only good for taking your returns.
No stock No available staff Don't waste your time "Buy online and return to store if not satisfied".
Seriously do NOT love this particular store at all. Inventory is jumbled into tight spaces and the flow in the store is horrific although well indicated. I wanted women's work boots and men's leather linesman gloves. Didn't think it would be that complicated. Terrible selection of work boots and no sizes except for the demo maybe. I walked out and will order online. Don't waste your time searching for product at this location
Over all very good customer experience. I would of give 5 stars if the staff would of been able to answer my questions. Both times the employe ask me to wait a minute and the manager arrive and answer them… My questions were basics questions that normally the staff should know. And if you are serching on the website: My advice don't trust the inventory in a store... It does not "update" accordingly to there sales. I bought the last size ten of the Timberline work boots. After two days the website still show that there still one available....
Currently waiting in a line for 20 mins because this store doesmt have a customer service counter. Gentleman at one counter is trying on shoes while the other lady at the 2nd counter has been messing around with cards in her purse talking about everything under the sun. I should be able to purchase stuff quick - get in get out.
Black Friday...20% off one jacket and only that color. A real joke!!! Full price on everything and avg. sizes on pants don’t exist nowhere. Good selection of socks...that’s it. Won’t be sad to see this store close down unfortunately.
If you know what you want and need No service this is the place to go
Very disappointed, went 3 times ! They had no stock. Couldn't find the safety boots i wanted in my size. Had to go to a competitor..
