Canadian Tire

One of the biggest Canadian Tires I have ever visited. It very clean and welcoming and the prices are much better compared to some competitors like Walmart. They sell anything from gardening gears, patios, to car pieces, hunting and fishing permits and guns and any type of furniture. It is an awesome place that I would absolutely reccomend.

I purchased leak repair gas for my car AC but my mechanic asked me to replace it and get a different one.nWhen I went to return it, the girl at the counter refused to return it saying I didn't have the receipt.nI showed her the E receipt and told her I just bought this 15 mins ago but she was very rude and didn't help me at all.nTerrible experience!!!

nnI had a really disappointing experience at Canadian Tire Vaudreuil. I bought a coffee machine but didn’t like it, so I went back to return it. They told me that because I opened the box, I couldn’t get a refund—but I could exchange it only for another coffee machine of the same price. I didn’t ask for money back, just a store gift card, and they still refused. It made no sense at all.nnI ended up exchanging it just to get it over with, then went to another Canadian Tire location—and guess what? They accepted the return without an issue and gave me a gift card like I originally asked.nnHonestly, I don’t know if this was just poor customer service or something worse, but the way I was treated at Vaudreuil felt unfair and shady. It left a really bad impression.

Recently renovated and expanded so now really huge but my personall impression is that assortment of merchandise is smaller than pre-reno.

WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE...nI bought a vacuum cleaner supposedly for POOLS and spas clearly indicated on the box. When I got home, I realized that it was too small for a pool, even an inflatable one, and that it was more for a spa. I returned it the next day, they told me no exchange or refund and they even refused my suggestion to reimburse me on a gift card. The only option was to buy another one which is 3x the price paid. I will never buy anything from Canadian Tire again. Their customers service really sucks.nnResponse for the owner : i had my original receipt and gave it to the manager who refused to do anything.
