This is a good sized store and I like the set up.  Prices are what the prices are, but the service at this store is the best I have experienced from any Canadian tire. The bilingual people working the floor are willing to help customers, they are polite, know their stuff and will even take to what you are looking for. For me the management are doing something right here. Hats off and keep up the good work.

One of the best Canadian Tires around. Nice staff, large clean, organized store. Store manager, Francois, is very polite and really does work to ensure the customer gets what they need.

Very frustrated by the lowsy service. The 16 year old, pimply faced, unmotivated chump at the auto parts counter on a Saturday afternoon could not tell the difference between his two thumbs! I literally waited for 1.5 hours at the counter to get sometime to bring my item from the backstore.
My wife and twin 5 year olds were losing it. Pathetic is all I can say.

Excellent help by associates on the floor but extremely poor customer service at service desk. The employee who served us refused to speak English but was very quick to grab our money!

Great staff, hassle free returns if you ever have to do so and most hard to find items are always in stock. The staff actually helps over here, unlike some Canadian Tires!
