Staff were nice.my son and i went for decoeations for a halloween partie.we paid and when we were about to leave a rude security guard came and ask if we put the stuff back in the right place and its their job to put the objects back at tgeir place.i hope the manager fires that rude security guard.Never coming back

Insane price gouging! $19.99 for 1 balloon and that doesn’t include filling it!? I understand times are toughs but we’ll remember who took advantage of us once life gets back to normal.

The staff was friendly enough but didn't offer to help us find what we were looking for. The selection wasn't all that great. We came from out of town and going to a party supply store was on my shop list, but this was a bit disappointing. I'll travel a little further next time to go to a bigger store with more selections.

Won’t go back . Our order wasn’t ready when I came to pick it up . The big number balloon deflated 30 mins after pick up . Very bad service. I’ll drive to part mania on st jeans , much better.

Really bad service. Tried them the first time to support local, but won’t be going back. Employees are rude, don’t help at all and don’t even know how to tie the balloons properly. My recommendation better go to Party Expert in sources.

Good selection of Halloween costumes and items. Some things were a bit pricey. Staff were friendly.
