The Home Depot

Every time I have been there I have always been served with polite, bilingual, knowledgeable service. The rental area is bright and the employee there is great. The store is cleaner than much of the competition.

Bought a kitchen combo with a promised delivery date, said date is past by 4 days and getting the run around.... Cancelled order!!!

Spent a long time looking around for a good deal on kitchen appliances for my new house. Everywhere else I went the sales people would ignore what I told them and up sell me on everything. At Home Depot I got excellent service, advice and exactly what I was looking for. No sales pitches for the things that I didn't need/want to pay for. A year later I still have my fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and dish washer that I bought at Home Depot, but even more important is that I still appreciate them, the price I paid and the service I received. I also used there financing plan and it worked great. Overall: 5/5 no complaints!

Worst customer service asked about exterior tile and the staff were abrupt and very rude. I felt I wasted my time as I had to go to another home depot to get service

What a Worst customer service never go there no one know what doing , i need staff that actually know what they are talking about..
