I got my hair cut here a few times, and it’s a hit or a miss depending on your stylist. Overall, I love the cleanliness, hair wash, and coffee shop connected to it.
Great service and staff are very friendly. Wilson is very professional hair stylist. Love to go there all the time.
I love this place. Not only can you get a latte with your face on it but you can also get a haircut. The staff is super nice which makes it so much better and price wise it's very reasonable. The drinks are also super yummy. My friend loves the peanut butter chocolate latte.
Creative space with a real blend of a real saloon and a coffee shop with a number of tables. The desserts and savory food were delicious and if you download the "Ripples" app from the Google Playstore or Apple App Store you can upload an image to a drink and it prints out on the foam additional charge. Neat idea. Lots of rave reviews on the saloon portion but I didn't partake so I can't comment. Can definitely see myself come back for the cotton candy latte. The Penut Butter Lactose-Free Latte was not too sweet and the taste wasn't overpowering.
The server was very friendly and helped describe the menu to us. Unfortunately their oven was broken so we couldn't order most of the food items on their menu but we were able to get the onion rings which was a nice snack. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the servers let you chill without rushing you.
Been coming here to see Gwyneth for many years, she's one of the best in the industry and I take pride with my hair :
The Toasted Marshmallow Mocha and the Green Tea Latte were delicious and not too sweet. Will definitely be back for the cotton candy!
Strange experience - very first time get turn away after discussing with the hairdresser that all I want is trimmed a little bit to keep a nicer shape while I grow my hair longer for attending wedding in late Summer. It was 2 months ago when I last cut my hair. The hairdresser said there is not much to do and dont mind if I leave. This is my second visits. Not feeling comfortable to go back again. Maybe it is truly a genlte advise but it is pretty embarrassing.
If you have no idea who your hairstylist will be. I will highly recommend Gwyneth to you. I deeply appreciated her hospitality and talent skills which won’t let you down indeed.
As soon as I heard hair salons are allowed to reopen as part of Ontario's Step 2,I booked an appointment for July 15 at 6 PM. I arrived at the salon only to be told that there is no stylist available for me. Nobody called me to cancel my appointment. I didn't cancel my appointment. The receptionist didn't know what happened, all she said was my appointment had been erased from their calendar. I booked 2 weeks in advance and I had even arranged for child care to come to the appointment. I reached out to management to share my experience as soon as I got home that evening. It's been 2 weeks now and I have yet to hear back from them. Not even an acknowledgement that they have received my email or an apology for the missed appointment. It doesn't matter how great their stylists are, I am disappointed by how I was treated and how unprofessional they've been. If you've made an appointment, it's best to call and confirm before arriving to make sure it doesn't randomly disappear from their calendar.
