Needed something out of a locked cabinet so I pushed the help button. Waited for 10 minuets and nobody showed up nor did I see any staff. Ended up driving to Whitby's Canadian Tire to get the product easily. I've learned its quicker to drive all the way to Whitby to get something at Canadian Tire.

Took my car in at 8AM to have my snows put on. Was told they needed it all day as they were busy. No issue. When I had not heard from them at 8PM I called. Was told "you're second in line, it will be ready at 9AM in the morning". Walked there and arrived at 9 to see my car was moved and no tires changed, and then was told I "you're now 6th in line". So I was lied to twice and obviously someone took the car home last night, otherwise why move a car for no reason. NEVER AGAIN.

Went to buy and equip my winter tires, it was a long wait due to the large amount of people doing the same... there was no free food but they offered a waiting room with tv and comfy seats! Also the staff was quite friendly

I could easily give 5 star. The reason of the deduction : 2 of the 5 shower stalls in the men's changing room are out of order for weeks and the others , the handle are loose and nobody bothers to fix them. Quite annoying. The clock upstairs is more than 1 hour behind also for weeks, nobody bother to rectify it. It's too bad that these small things could lead into bigger and more serious issues. It is a nice place gym, good and convenience location, ample free parking.
