Canadian Tire

On this particular visit I needed a replacement rear wiper blade. It was the only place, I was told, that would refill blades. I found them tucked away at the end of the aisle. But they didn't fit on my vehicle's wipers. The return and exchange process was painless, after a little bit of a wait. Very pleasant service. There is actually a very handy touchscreen device that allows you to enter your vehicle make and year, to ensure a proper fit (that didn't include the refills). So on the second attempt, it was a simple process. Overall, it was everything I wanted from a Canadian Tire.

This branch is the worst Canadian Tire you will ever visit. When you enter this place, you will immediately notice that there are employees but all of them either make no eye contacts with customers (probably to avoid getting questions) or (seems like) pretend they are busy with other stuff. I visited this place to buy multiple items; from kitchen organic waste container to herbicide and other hardware tools. Every time I visit, the wait time to get any item that is protected by alarm system is about 20~30 mins. When you try to check out any item, you will notice the queue takes another 30 mins even though all cashiers are in their places. If you want to visit rude Canadian Tire, this is the perfect place.

i came looking for command hooks and they had only 2 kinds but i wanted to get a different pack but the ones i bought will work i guess

I have never left a review before but this store is bad enough that I should warn others of their future pain if they purchase here. I wanted to purchase winter tires so I called ahead and asked if they had my tire size in stock which they said they did. So I asked them to set them aside and I would be by in a hour to pick them up. I waited in line to talk to the clerk to find out that no one had set them aside. Then after a hour of them trying to find them they said they are short 2 tires but can order them in and assured me that they would be in by the next Wednesday at the latest. So I payed a deposit on the 2 missing tires so they could order them and purchase the other tires. I Phoned Wednesday no tires. I Phone the next Saturday no tires. So I asked if I could return the tires as I need new tires. They say yes but I can not get the deposit back on the other tires. So here I sit this fall waiting for Spring so I can drive again or maybe some day the magical tires will appear.
