First time at Canadian Tire. Massive store near Park & Tilford. Definite quality and competitive prices. Bright, well-organized, and friendly helpful people. Everything you need, in the way of automotive, hardware - tools, kitchen - housewares, small appliances, lawn & garden, and outdoor recreation - sporting goods, is there. Will definitely be back.

I am not often driven to leave a bad review but today I was treated with dishonesty and that is a major factor in deciding where to purchase locally, since shopping on like now days is getting to be reliable and trouble free. I picked up a discount helmet from the clearance area, the box obviously heavily damaged. With a partially damaged discount tag on the box. When I asked the manager to provide me with the discount price she proceeded to tell me there would be no discount and it will be sold at retail because it’s new. We’re talking about a used helmet in the discount bin. Obviously there was something about me that warranted the rude altercation. We are people not an inconvenience.

Went for Black Friday Deals,nSales team helped right time when I needed, helped for inventory check and brought items from the warehouse.nTriangle Select worked pretty good also on my favour, l was able to save %10 back in points overall.

I really love this place, lately, I have visited and they have a lot of stuff for Christmas pine trees, lights, decor, ornaments, advent calendars, but the best is that they have amazing prices I mean compared with Michael. Also, I went to buy some paint, and it was easy for me to find what I was looking for.nThe place is always clean and organized.nYou don't see very offer staff around the store, but when you press the bottom for help they always show up in a short period of time.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I drove over an hour to purchase a product that showed a stock of over 12 units online. As someone who works for the same company, I understand store policies—products that are not physically in stock should be properly written off. Having such a significant discrepancy in inventory is unacceptable.nnUpon arriving at the store around 8:20 PM on November 20th, 2024, I approached customer service to address the issue. Unfortunately, the representative was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I explained that I had driven over an hour to get the product, she laughed in our faces and dismissively suggested that the products were likely stolen. Her attitude showed no remorse or understanding, even as we politely expressed our frustration.nnThis level of service is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Accurate inventory management and respectful customer service are basic expectations. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to others.
