Powell Painting ordered 25% of formula for a ceiling paint. I confirmed computer formula 25%. 
They made 25% lighter. ?? This is 75% of formula not 25%. Sadly they have unqualified people and this cost us 1/2 days work and $350 in labour and materials. Embarrassing.

Probably would have received better service if I had arrived dressed in business casual. Very pretentious staff.
