The rooms are clean and very quiet. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water for showers. My biggest complaint is that the lights outside are very bright and the room darkening shades don't do a fantastic job of blocking the light from the parking lot. Even so, I slept great!
Very nice helpful workers. Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of different items. All day coffee was nice. Shampoo and conditioner were great they had actual Bottles instead of the miniature shampoo and conditioner. They had actual body was instead of a bar. Overall great place.
3.5 stars rounded up.nnThe positives:n• Easy check-inn• Friendly staffn• Low costn• They offer carts for your belongingsn• It's well kept and VERY CLEAN. It's rare I find a hotel that's as clean as this one. Kudos to the housekeeping! Give them a raise.n• Comfy beds and pillowsn• Complimentary cookies and popcornn• Free breakfastnnThe negatives:n• They need to do something about the coffee they offer in the lobby. Literally the WORST coffee I've ever had in my 42 years on this earth. It made me want to vomit. The pods they provide in the rooms are a little better, but overall I'm unimpressed.n•The rooms and common areas are a little tight.n• The luggage carts they provide are very wonky and hard to maneuver. Time for an upgrade.n•Limited counter space in bathroomn•Breakfast options are limited.nnThe final verdict: If you have a loved one in the hospital and need a place to stay, this would work beautifully. If you're vacationing with your family and need space, you might want to stay somewhere else. Though if cleanliness is as important to you as it is to me, it might be worth it to stay here.
We have now stayed at this hotel 2 separate times on our trips through I90. The staff was very friendly and helpful as we checked in. The rooms were clean except for a stain on the comforter. The beds were comfortable, but weird because there was no box spring. It was a mattress on a metal frame. The shower heads need some CLR to clean them up because the water pressure was super low. Not terrible, but also not the best hotel that we have stayed in.
The room was a little smaller than I was expecting, but clean, comfortable and got the job done. Breakfast was delicious small cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits and white gravy. Can't ask for much more than that.
