Airport and downtown friendly! Location is excellent in classic Home2 suites with great roomy rooms very clean. Morning breakfast is always good. Perfect for business travelers such as me. A small family would also find it comfortable indoor pool is a nice touch.

I don't understand a room with a kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher but nothing more than a microwave to cook with. A hot plate would have been helpful. Thankfully, they had grills outside. But lugging your food through the pool area to get to the grills is odd. Staff were nice, room was quiet and clean, and breakfast was okay.

I truly have no idea how this hotel has such a high rating or how it’s considered a 3-star hotel. Our room smelled like a wet dog maybe dog pee - there was blood on the sofa, the floor had clearly not been vacuumed and the bathroom had hair balls everywhere. Even the hall smelled incredibly bad and there were several large stains all the way up and down the hall. We requested a room change but unfortunately there were no other rooms available and the only option the staff said was to vacate our room so they could come and bring up a machine that could potentially neutralize the odor. The staff at the desk basically said we most likely didn’t want to do that - it was late when we checked in and it seemed they didn’t want extra work - so unhelpful. Will never stay here again and wish I could have gotten a refund so I could have found a different hotel for the night.

I am travelling cross country staying at Hilton properties. I am awake at 5 am everyday. As I have a long day of riding my motorcycle cross country it’s very exhausting. The front desk calls my room at 1045 pm to ask if I have a luggage cart in my room. Are you kidding me? I’ve been sleeping for over an hour. This employee needs to trained better than this!

This was HANDS DOWN the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. As regular travelers and someone who had been on the road at the point of this stay for 7 nights across the country in different hotels I was so pleasantly surprised. This had become our favorite hotel to stay at because of the layout of the rooms and the well thought out design. The storage space, kitchenette area and sitting area are superior to any other hotel we have stayed at. But to have such excellent housekeeping on top of it was the cherry on top.nThe housekeeping staff needs to be commended because too many these days don’t care or are understaffed and can’t keep up. Highly recommend this hotel.nI only docked one star because it was not right off the interstate and the parking lot isn’t the biggest so we struggled to find a spot to park with a bigger rig. Otherwise it was a total 5 star experience.
