Very nice and up-market hotel in Downtown. Nicely decorated rooms although a little on the small side but that might just be my perception. Great service and friendly staff but no coffee in the rooms. Have to go downstairs to the lobby between 3:30am and 11:00am where it is readily available.nA little inconvenient.nThere is a Diner on site with a wonderful choice of breakfast items. Good food!nWould stay here again.
Rooms are small and older, decently clean but for 250.00 a night I wont stay here again. Very close to airport and great food downtown is the only positive here. No breakfast in the morning - gotta pay for it in the attached diner. Really good expensive dinner place attached as well, lounge is nice. Personally if it wasn't so close to the airport the price for what you get would have drove me away fast. Its also in a horrible part of downtown billings on the border between ghetto and all the night life. Careful walking at night
Love this hotel always comfortable clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the atmosphere of the whole place...we always use the free drink from the hotel at their bar.
The Northern is our favorite hotel to stay at in Billings! My company hosts many events here when we are in town, and we love everything about the staff and experience.
