I gave the rooms a 4 star review ONLY because there were no curtains over the windows. Otherwise the room was perfect. The beds were VERY comfortable. Loved the 2 shower heads, one on each wall in the shower . Heated floors. Great location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Great, friendly hotel staff. A constant fire pit you can socialize around. Lovely pool.
The rooms are spacious, the beds were really comfortable, they have rain shower heads, and the floors in the bathroom here heated which just added that extra something. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and even with two of us ordering something not listed, breakfast for 5 people cost us $20. The location is fantastic, as it's within walking distance of several family friendly attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. Excellent stay, and would highly recommend.
Last night 6/6/2024 we called the Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn at about 12am. My partner and I were desperate for a place to stay, stranded by our United flight being directed to Billings instead of Bozeman.nnThe front desk receptionist was so kind and helpful. She sent the shuttle for us due to our emergency being stranded. They had one room left and it was spacious and accommodating for my partner and I, plus my service animal.nnThe next day they promised to take us back, although our flight got canceled. So they extended our room for late check out and informed us of the complimentary breakfast next door, it was delicious.nnAlthough we didn't intend to stay in Billings for the night/morning. I am so happy we ended up here. The kind staff alone made this hotel a diamond in the rough of our day.
The room and hotel are a little dated, but I love everything else about it! Service was great and really wanted to ensure my stay was great! I believe the floors in the bathroom were heated, such a nice feature coming out of the shower. Location couldn't be any better, close proximity to food and downtown.
We stayed in this Best Western twice over the course of the last 3 weeks. Each time the staff were superb. They were friendly, helpful and earnestly tried to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfast coupons at the Cafe next store are a bargain. You actually can get a hot sit down delicious breakfast. Every thing from bacon and eggs to French toast to oatmeal.The 2nd time we stayed things were great up until the last night. We were on the first floor and whoever was above us were thumping around all night up until 2AM. I called the front desk twice and they were very responsive.. Things would quiet down and only as you were drifting off to sleep, the thumping would start again.Perhaps Best Western should better sound insulate between the floors. I'll never agree to stay in a 1st floor room like in a hotel with only 2 floors. We barely slept...I mean what do people do in a hotel room anyway...eat, watch TV or your computer, sleep, shower?..But whoever these people were sounded like they were moving furniture, dropping things on the floor and walking heavy...for 2 solid hours!!..BUT the BW is great and I do recommend staying here for the great staff, breakfast, location and cleanliness of the rooms..
