Great hotel in the heart of Billings. We had a king bed - VERY comfortable! The separate bathroom area with a door to the sink area & another door to the toilet & shower allowed the early riser to get up, shower etc while my partner slept. Covered parking is awesome. Room A/C was quiet. Never heard noise from any other room although the hotel looked full. The restaurant next door, Stella’s Kitchen & Bakery, has the BEST food & the hotel voucher for breakfast provides plenty of choices.
This hotel provides a quaint, quiet and clean experience! It is located in a downtown location, near many shops and restaurants. The parking is free and secure. The rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The restaurant, Stella’s, is a must! Be prepared for a 30 minute wait it is worth it, but they do offer an option to take your meal to go. The cinnamon rolls are to die for!
I will not be returning to Best Western Plus Clock Tower Inn—or any Best Western property—until the company comes clean about its global cage-free egg progress. It’s 2025, and there’s no excuse for hiding behind partial updates while hens suffer in tiny cages. Guests deserve transparency, and animals deserve better. If Best Western can’t report comprehensively and take real action, it will keep losing guests like me who refuse to support cruelty in the supply chain.
Best Western Clock Tower is a must stay if your in the Billings MT area, either driving thru like us or staying longer. The service was amazing, hearty breakfast and they are VERY pet friendly even big dogs! Our boy is 75lbs. Reasonably priced hotel room rates and pet fee $25/night. The front staff offered us a dog goodie bag filled with doggie bags + treats + local dog info sheet when checking in. They have a small functional dog relief area, since the hotel is surrounded by sidewalks. Our boy was comfortable and enjoyed the love and attention he received from staff and guests.nnThe room was extremely clean coming from a clean freak with no carpet and even heated floors in the bathroom! The water pressure was strong - shower was great and the toilet flushed like it should. Sounds odd to point out the toilet, however it's normal to find low-flow toilets in hotels these days... We had a 2nd floor room which was quiet. An elevator just a few doors down made lugging our stuff back and forth easy.nnThe breakfast included was hearty and filling at Stella's across the parking lot. The included options were not your typical free hotel breakfast: I had a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy w/egg and hashbrowns and my husband, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast - both were included in our stay. If you didn't want one of the pre-chosen options they offered you a 20% discount on anything else from the menu.nnAll in all a great stay!
Hanna is the BEST! She was such a pleasure to work with on the phone as we were desperately trying to find a place to stay for the night. She alone is worth a return trip. Hannahs stick together!nParking was easy, walkable places to eat, rooms were clean, bed was comfy. If we find ourselves in Montana again, this is where we’re staying!
