Overall a pleasant stay. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable in that familiar Best Western way. I especially appreciated the rain showe and heated bathroom floors, a nice touch after a long day on the road. The hotel layout is a little odd, and getting my bags to my room wasn’t the most convenient. Next time I’ll ask for something closer to the main entrance.nnThe big win here is location Easy walking distance to a couple of excellent restaurants. I had a great dinner just a few minutes away.nnSolid stay. I’d happily come back.
Great stay! Roomy room and comfortable bed, big fridge no freezer compartment though, wonderful shower, lots of plug-ins for electronics. Bonus that I noticed while I was getting ready for bed but didn't really know what it was till the next morning--the bathroom floor is HEATED! Loved that, especially since it was wintery-mixing both as we arrived and as we were leaving. Great breakfast set-up: voucher for two breakfast meals limited but good menu at the restaurant/bakery next door called Stella's. Incredible pastries and breads, and if you want to order from their regular menu, the voucher gets you 20% off. We'd stay there again!
Very pleasant semi-motor inn located in the heart of Billings. Friendly staff, cozy fire pit, big rooms with great lighting !, medium firm beds, good room coffee.nParking is interesting, especially with larger vehicles, but manageable.nCan’t beat the location for walking to breweries/restaurants and the complimentary breakfast next door is awesome!
A really nice hotel in the heart of downtown, walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Beds were a little flat and to soft but rooms overall were pretty nice. Parking directly in front of our room, ground floor.
Super convenient location for whatever you're doing in billings. Staff is kind and super helpful. And OMG the breakfast! You get breakfast from Stella's Kitchen, a landmark bakery and breakfast spot in the area conveniently located on-site
