Our overall experience here was good. The breakfast bar (and staff!!) are great. We did have a problem with our room and the manager promptly switched us to a problem-free room. They were having plumbing issues throughout the building and they were having difficulties getting those resolved over the weekend. We would / will stay there again. It is a good location.

Customer service at this hotel is amazing! The breakfast was also superb. My complaint was that the room was pretty dated (for what we paid, we expected something nicer). The pillow cases were dirty (or maybe just stained?) And the headboards were dusty. The heater/AC was noisy; I slept with earplugs in because of it. But despite my complaints about the room quality the customer service was really very, very good.

Closest hotel to the metra. Rooms were outdated a bit and the walls were thin. We could hear every word by people in the hallway. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Pretty unimpressed. The room is dirty and there is no sound insulation at all. I can hear every word of people walking by in the hall. Power outlets are old and loose, there's no fan in the bathroom, and the WiFi is throttled to 10mbps down by 3mbps up. On the plus side the bed is big and comfy and the staff is really friendly.

Room and breakfast were great only real complaint was the hot tub wasn't hot at all and the pool had junk all over the bottom
