Riverbend Medical Clinic

I've never had a problem with this clinic. I've seen a variety of different doctors Dr. Hanna, Dr. Elwani, Dr. Karim and have not been disappointed. Very easy to get in for appointments and love the online booking. My only complaint would be that hold times are very long, but that is understandable. The girls in front are very busy but always provide excellent service. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We are new patients of this clinic and we are very impressed. First of all, everyone at the front is friendly and accommodating. I was treated with great respect and there is almost a sense of calm in the waiting room. Second of all, we are patients of Dr. Neufeld and he is amazing - genuine, caring, willing to listen, willing to make a plan, and incredibly knowledgeable. I didn't feel judged at all for asking questions about my health. We are SO happy we switched clinics after 19 years with a former doctor who became grumpy and unwilling to listen to us.

Amazing experience with Dr. Neufeld and all the staff at Riverside clinic. So refreshing to find such a great clinic. From the second you walk through the door you are warmly welcomed be reception. They treat you well, see you quickly, have just an overall great experience. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Neufeld is such a great doctor. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

The receptionists/nurses were great but the doctors that suck here. Came for a checkup and said "you dont really even need this" and when I asked questions about a condition doc said I needed to see a specialist but didn't refer me to anyone. Seemed like he was in a rush and paid little attention to my concerns. Visit another clinic.

Dr Emadi is wonderful. He has gone out of his way to help me for many years. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I especially appreciated all the support in the past 2 months when I had 3 surgeries. The entire office staff is terrific and efficient. Thanks Dr Emadi and staff!

Dr. Elwani is thorough, kind and his bedside manner is what every doctor should be. He goes out of his way to provide my son information and images through google so my son can visually see what he’s talking about. It’s so appreciated. Thank you.

After waiting 2 months for an appointment with the new doctor, I had a ways to travel so tried to do a courtesy call on the way to the clinic when there was a traffic hold up but hoped to be on time. The digital service went on about being always extremely busy - and finally got to what number to press. Bot voice saying I'm number 6 in the queue! It was another 3 minutes then #5. After another 7 minutes I was still number 5. How long would I have had to wait on hold? At that rate, 20 minutes to half an hour? The whole vibe said, "We've got so much business, you're just a number in our cash cow cattleyard." If the clinic is that busy, why don't they open their bulging accounts and hire more staff for the 'extremely busy' times? I hung up, turned around and headed back home at the first turn off. Didn't call back to let cancel. No doubt I'd have been #10 in the queue.

Dr. El tarchichi is an excellent doctor who truly cares and understands your problems and get to the root cause of your problem. He doesn’t rush you like other doctors and is very open to any questions you would have. I have had the unfortunate luck of having to see many doctors in the past year and I can genuinely say he is the best doctor I have dealt with out of so many in Calgary. If you have any hesitations and feel like you are not being provided the sufficient healthcare you need from anywhere else Dr. El tarchichi is definitely your guy. I can’t recommend him enough. Ps, the staff are also very kind and understanding :

If you don't mind to wait over 15 minutes to speak to a receptionist on the phone and being charged $100 for being late book your next Dr appointment at this place! I genuinly hope this $100 contributes to everything this clinique and its doctors need even though they would have made me wait 20 minutes to see a doctor anyway!

Thank you for accepting both of my kids and squeezing them in late night!!! The receptionists and nurse were amazing ,and the doctor was great! Especially his attitude at the end of his shift! Thank you for everything !
