The Mission of Revolution Medical in Calgary is to provide personalized, high-quality health care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our family members.

First time to be there but had very positive experience! Contemporary style and well-organized and clean environment. We didn’t make an appointment but as soon as we walked in, Maryam took a good care of us. After listening to my concerns about my son’s problem, she quickly registered my son and just a couple of minutes, she directed us to the waiting area to wait for the physician. Later on, Sahlee very promptly did the pre-exam and led us to the office. About 10 minutes, the physician came. A Very kind physician I really sorry that I didn’t remember his name! He patiently listened to my concerns and throughly checked my son’s foot. He slowly explained to me with the details of what to do next with the new medication. It was very helpful and great advice! Excellent experience! Highly recommended!
I was at a different family clinic for years and recently switched to this clinic after hearing great reviews from friends. I must say I am very happy that I switched! All the staff and doctors are so approachable and caring. The front staff is very fast and don’t make you wait around for long. Overall a very clean and tidy clinic. They are really focused on ensuring great service to their customers! I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to switch out their family clinic! Life-changer!
I feel extremely fortunate to have a really fabulous family physician, Dr. Nathalie De Bruin. Through absolutely no fault of her own though, she is busy, the billing system doesn't grant her enough time. My needs tend to be multiple. I have also found the front desk and reception staff to be exceptional, they've gone above and beyond general service to ensure that I received test results in a timely fashion and be otherwise very helpful. In looking at the website today, and the range of services provided, I realize that there are additional services at this clinic that could likely be quite helpful to me, which is awesome because I'm a pretty well informed health care consumer, I've worked within the health care system for over 40 years and I read research.
I've always had a very positive experience with this clinic from its receptionists to its doctors. Sometimes you do have to wait but I've never been to a clinic where you didn't and I have no problem waiting when I know I'm receiving good quality care. Once you meet with the doctors they spend a significant amount of time with you and do not rush you out. My family is so happy we made the switch to this clinic!
Booked an appointment with the walk-in Dr. to have my son assessed, as my family Dr. didn’t have availability that suited our families needs. After booking an appointment, getting childcare for our children, and driving my baby in a winter storm to make our confirmed appointment, I was not happy with a number of items. Firstly, the nurse who checked us in did so with her own sick child in her arms. There is already risk with going to a clinic with a young baby, due to a number of contagious viruses, the last thing I need is the nurse assessing my child to have her own sick child in her arms. Not professional at all, but it gets worse. After assessing my child’s vitals, and having him undressed to a clean diaper, I am then told the walk in Dr. is refusing to see my son, because I need to make an appointment with the family Dr. This is wrong. You don’t turn people away who have appointments, especially babies. I thought the whole point of having the walk-in service was so that your patients could be seen when he family Dr had no availability. After getting upset, and told I should leave and rebook with my family Dr. I was then told that maybe my family Dr would be in at 9:30 no guarantees because the roads were so bad and she would come to see us ASAP, but at 9:50 I had to leave due to not having childcare as well as the fact that my sick infant was just done sitting and waiting after being there for over an hour. Your job, and in fact oath you take as a Dr. is to do no harm, but turning people away is okay? What about the concept of family centred care? Do you realize people have to book babysitters, and rearrange their lives to make these appointments? To say I’m extremely disappointed would be a gross understatement. You should give you head a shake. I will not be coming back here, and I hope others read this review before choosing to allow your clinic to provide them with any care.
Walked in in this clinic and I was warmly welcomed. Sally is very accommodating and informed me that there might be a bit of wait since it was a busy Saturday. After every several minutes, she makes sure to let me know how the wait is looking like. Fantastic care given to somebody you just met. Dr Malcolm was very detailed in his assessment and very clear of his medical advice. This clinic is worth visiting. I will recommend this to family and friends. Thank you Revolution Medical!
I've always had a great experience at this clinic. Everyone has always been both friendly and professional at the same time to provide excellent service. The backroom is well organized, and clean. They do follow-ups as well, to make sure to provide us with the best.
Came in as a walk-in patient and had a very smooth, flawless experience! The receptionists at the front were nice and helpful. The doctor was lovely, seemed to genuinely care. And I was in and out, with prescription in hand, within 40 mins!
My children were see by the doctors of Evolution clinic over the weekend. I must say that the staff that welcomed us at the reception was welcoming and compassionate. We came in as a walk in and my son was given a strep test and a prescription that he needed with in an hour. Dr. Haddaw is really great with kids. .Pharmacy staff is amazing I recommend calling if you are a walki in patient.
This was the worst experience ever. The walk-in doctor was so rude to me. My son had tonsilitis. I put him on Amoxicillin that was left from his last visit. I run out of the medication, so I came to walk-in clinic. This male doctor I forgot his name asked me what happened. I told him I thought my son had tonsilitis, I put him on Amoxicillin and we run out of it now. He started to shout at me: “Are you a doctor? Why did you do this?” I apologized. But he was so rude to me. My son who is a 3 years old boy did not want to sit down and be examined by him. I tried to give him my phone to watch video. This doctor said to me impatiently: “Forget the phone. Carry him, hold his hand, pull his head up.” I tried to do it. But my son kept moving and the doctor could not see his tonsils. He looked at me and being very angry:” You are not doing properly.” Once he checked my son’s tonsils. He said “the tonsils are very congestive. But because you’ve already put him on antibiotic I have no choice. I will give you ten days Amoxicillin.” I told him my son is coughing and had rashes a few days ago. The doctor didn’t check my son’s lungs, lymph nodes, ears… He just kept blaming on me, gave me the prescription and left. All this happened in just less than 5 mins. In my opinion, my son is obviously suffering from tonsilitis because he had fever, sore throat, mucus, bad breath, both of tonsils are congestive, Covid test negative. He had been sick for a few days. He could not sleep well at night. As a mom, I was so worried. It was 9pm when I notice he had fever. The emergency was busy and this three years old boy was grumpy. I had no choice but put him on medicine. I am a health care provider as well. I may not have the right to prescript medication but I have my medical knowledge. This doctor did not show any empathy to us. I did not feel being taken care of by this doctor. The most important thing is that he is not professional at all. He did not ask for my son’s history and exam my son to differential diagnosis of pneumonia or other virus infection. Overall, I was very disappointed. The reason I still want to come is because of Dr Kim who is the best and the most caring doctor ever.
