I went to H2 medical because I’ve been feeling extremely depressed. I was looking for help and guidance. Dr. Lou was not empathetic or understanding. He made me cry during the appointment. I got no sympathy from him. I spoke to the clinic manager and she said they can’t do anything about the way he speaks to patients. She did not sound surprised. She said it’s better if I come when Dr. Lou isn’t doing walk-ins. I won’t be filling the prescription. He didn’t ask about my mental health history or discuss any of the side effects of the pill he prescribed. I will go and see my family doctor. I would give zero stars if I could. I have have filed a complaint with the CPSA and am waiting to hear back.
Worst experience with a doctor ever!!! Dr. Lui has the personality of a rock! I should have known when I saw him snapping his fingers at the receptionist. He is not worthy of even 1 star. He insisted I had Covid and that I had to get to a pcr test and they weren't set up to do them at the clinic and to call 811. I advised him that I had taken 5 at home and that my ears were hurting along with my throat and that I was prone to infections. Didn't look at my ears or throat. No hello -goodbye when he entered or left the room. I honestly don't know why he's a doctor. Worst experience with a doctor ever in my 62 years. I doubt these reviews are even looked at, as he couldn't care less about the patients.
On the 3rd of January, my wife had a chest pain so we went to H2 Med. Centre at Superstore. My wife told the receptionist she was having a chest pain, The receptionist wrote it down and told my wife to wait. We waited for almost 3 hours to see a doctor but no help despite her chest paint. We went to the receptionist twice to enquire about the long wait she just said " you have seven people" in front of you and you have to wait. I have one simple question for this Medical Centre, didn't the doctors teach them the fundamental procedure to prioritize certain patients who needs immediate attention? If you were at a Hospital Emergency, they will wheel you in immediately and the doctor will do a bunch of blood work, ECG and all the associated tests. I never saw so many one star reviews about any Med Centre in my entire life. I am very disappointed and angry about the mess. The entire receptionists, they were indifferent, not caring as if we are nobody. We can say and write all we want, at the end of the day, nothing will be done. Do we have a government agency to oversee this kind of bad med center? Dr. Edmond Liu was very attentive and even advised my wife to call 911 if she is in any situation and listed the signs to watch for in the future. Lastly Dr. Edmond deserves a 5 star rating. Vince K.
They are far too busy to care about any complaints or concerns you have. They don't need to make you happy and they don't need to do what is right because to put it very simply, they don't need YOU. Infact they probably want less clients because they are too busy. If you complain they just screw you over even more. Reception is remarkably rude and the Doctor I saw.. Edmund Lieu was literally angry. Him and the Chinese lady at the front desk were yelling at each other too. Maybe that's why he was angry toward me. I might have thought that he was in a war against me in some crazy world in his brain. I have never been talked to like that and he's lucky I didn't punch him in the face.
I got here at 9:20 was checked in and finished with the doctor by 9:38. I have been going to this clinic for over a decade, now yes the doctors have changed however the level of welcomeness has not everyone is freindly, decent and helpful. Some days yes you need to wait a while, just like if you go to a hospital they don't know when or how bisy it will be, so if you are going for walk in plan for it to take up to 2 hours just for yourself to be prepared.
Everyone was rude, receptionist she didn’t even say hi how may I help you when I walked in. She just stared at my until I spoke to her, to the nurse ,to the doctor…especially the DOCTOR I think it was dr Lou or whatever! omg he walks in the room no smile to greetings absolutely nothing!! I said hi…nooo answer…it was awkward from there. he was judging me the whole time I felt so uncomfortable! at the end he told me I need to go to my family doctor because he doesn’t know anything about me. That’s after I waited 2hours in the waiting room 20mins in the doctors room…worst experience I’m not going there again! And u shouldnt either..unless you want ur feelings hurt.
If I could give less I would. The atmosphere was bland. When I finally saw the Dr for walk in, as my Dr is booked for a month. He wouldn't let me speak. He was condescending, gave me a rectal exam even when I wasn't comfortable to begin with I'd rather someone who likes their job violating me only to tell me he couldn't help me at the end. I don't have the space to type how he made me feel. I left there crying well into the evening. And will be reporting him for his vile treatment of me and my mental health. As a SA victim and mental health patient, i should of been treated with far more dignity and respect than i recieved RETIRE YOURE DONE PRACTICING
Worst experience I have ever had seeing a doctor, in my life. This Dr. Edmond Liu should have his license revoked. It was my 1st time there and it was shortly after they opened. He was offensive and downright hostile, towards me, from beginning to end. He came into the room without looking at me, never said hello or introduced himself, just went directly to his computer screen, then started barking questions at me. He would interrupt, criticize and snap at me. I was baffled, stunned, I couldn't believe how he was behaving towards me. I was only there for one, simple, ailment. He shoved a prescription at me, turned around and left without a word. It was ridiculous. I left in tears, I was so upset.
The worst experience I ever had today with Dr Liu. I went there for checking my eye. I had something grow on my eyelid and my eyelid is swelling. The doctor said he didn’t see anything with the rudeness. He put some eye drops in my eye for checking. It makes my left face and eye turns to red and yellow. He even didn’t bother to tell me. That’s just kind of insulting. And I just walked in store with this red yellow colour on my left face! Do they even have work ethic? I will never go there again. When I got home. My eye is so painful. I had to find another doctor to check. This clinic wasted my time, and made my eyelid problem even worse.
I came here to get a referral for an ultra sound and xray for my knee as i fell very bad over a week ago. What I got instead was complete and utter disappointment. The doctor told me it was probably a meniscus problem and they weren't going to be able to do anything and knowing isn't going to make a difference. So I asked well can I get an ultrasound anyways as I've had a knee injury before that was just as bad and was not given any ultra sound, or xray or anything else, there for was not able to take care of it properly and recover properly. He says that our system is built so that whatever diagnosis he gives as the doctor goes. No matter what the person coming may want. Or need. I quote. "This isn't mcdonalds where you can just oder this and order that whenever you want". He then gives me a referral for an xray and continues with I doubt they'll find anything. And diagnosis me with "knee pain" Complete waste of time and energy.
