Little busy but customer service is best. If it's busy you can always go out and do your other stuff and girls at front will call you on your cell 10 minutes before your turn. Lakhvir at front desk is very polite and helpful and Dr cheema is best doctor. Keep up doing good service guys.

I booked an appointment for 12:30, I had to wait half an hour and then ask reception how much longer. The doctor did not listen to me about how I was feeling and said to “drink water” and take Advil. He then prescribed me over the counter medicine when I pushed that it was more than this. Would not recommend. At all.

I don't know about other Dr's here but I always come to Dr Cheema and he's amazing at medi plus 1 and so are the staff! Dr Cheema is very thorough and actually listens to your problem and doesn't just force medications unlike some physicians which I appreciate. It helps when my grandma has to come in because they speak in Punjabi which makes it easier for her as well.

Wonderful experience with mediplus clinic.Dr cheema is incredible. He was so kind and friendly. I really respect him.All the staff were very sweet & helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone

Staff is the worst, always lie. Called about sick child and said doctor will call about writing a prescription and never called. I recommend you go to any other clinic.

This Clinic has bought shame to Canada. They are not proffesional but they are doing same thing what they did it India or pakistan. I am from India so i know it. They will do driving test medical , wcb or immigration medical first.Just like in India, big bucks first. And if u speak good english, good luck. So welcome to corroupt calgary

Dr cheema is the best doctor I have ever seen since my past 20 yrs living in Calgary. Vry caring and pays attention to the patient.

All these stars goes to Dr. Rashda. She is very nice and kind. But the management should look into the waiting time. So many patients waiting for Dr. Naila for walk in but when it comes to line up the ones who came later gets served first. It should be on the basis of first come first served. If you don’t have that much slots and timing just simply say no. Mine appointment was at 10:30 but right now it’s 12:02 . You guys have to keep an eye because others do have work like you guys they do have busy schedule too. Use a register or your system and write down the name of patient who comes first even if it’s a walk -in. Hope I won’t see patients fighting there for their turn .

dr rashda dogar is very rude. She wasted our a lot of time by not taking us sincerely. She took the patience firstly that came before us and giving us very rude response and sometimes ignoring us. Very dissatisfying experience and will not recommend her for future.
