The best decision that I have ever made! I brought my mom here today, the receptionist were so nice and helpful to us! Doctor Hong Tran is so kind, he took time to listen to our concerns patiently. He checked all of our concerns and treated us with care that he truly meant.

Staff was amazing considering the amount of stress they go through and some unpleasant patients that they deal with daily. The doctor I saw was nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing medical attention but the wait times can be a bit long sometimes which is reasonable as it’s a busy location.

This is a great clinic. They give masked people a separate waiting room, so they really care about social distancing. Sometimes it's hard to reach someone by phone. Anyways, the main reason I go here because is of Dr. Tran. I followed him from his last clinic he was at. If you need a good doctor, I urge you to give him a try.

Very pleased with my visit here for my first immigration medical. The immigration lady was nice and efficient. She gave me all the information I needed for my application. I was confused with the whole process at first but everything was explained to me clearly. Highly recommend this clinic for everyone!

Terrible experience with Dr. Dipinder Keer. Great friendly staff at the front desk though. Came in with foot pain that’s been bugging me all week. Touched my foot in places where I didn’t even describe there was pain. Wrote me a sick note for work and charged me $20 for it before I could read that it says patient came in feeling unwell and needs 1-2 weeks off. That’s NOT what I asked for. Wasted my time and my money to come in and spend $20 on a note I can’t even use! Thank you for nothing.

Was on hold for 15 minutes and counting. Showed up to take my son in and she said all doctors left by 4… terrible service. My sick kid and I drove over and could have saved the entire drive had she just grabbed the phone quickly at any moment in those 15 minutes. Put the phone on nights next time.

I waited over an hour for my appt dr. Mugunthan, came to find out that she was late because she drove her son to his appt as per the check-in nurse & no showed me. I would understand if she was understaffed or late because of the road conditions but no she chose to do her personal things on patient time. I’m sure her time is valuable but guess what so is mine. I will not be returning.

I went in as a walk in. Receptionist told me that there were 20 walk ins ahead of me and to come back at 2:00pm. I went back, got there around 1:50pm and was told that the doctor was leaving at 2pm therefore I wouldn't be able to see her. Why in the hell was I told to come back then? It was a waste of my time and gas to drive there. Should have just told me that she was filly booked.

I did my Immigration test both blood and xray 10 days prior to 90 days of my arrival and informed them as well to upload the report to IRCC portal. Then after my 90 days passed I got an email from IRCC that the test reports are still not submitted. On October 11th 2022. I wrote them an email with the request to know my Test result status and if its submitted finally as I am worried. However, no response to the email yet for a week already. It's pity that the clinic do not care about the emergency situations of their clients !

The worst clinic in canada. There is a doctor called Paul. Unprofessional. Not informative he talk only i few words. He pretend like he is always busy. He is acting like he gonna pay all the test from his pocket when you ask him for tests. Dont go there stay away.
