Pirolli Park

The food was decent. The prices were absolutely outrageous for food and camping in general. Some of the staff members were very nice while other were just plain horribly rude, unkempt (As in seriously, take a shower). The property is very nice. We had one problem where our dog was barking, we came back and said we would keep him with us and they were fine with that so it's understandable. Price wasn't worth what you got and the rudeness of the staff even just upon arrival. The lady that hands out dog treats is great though! I didn't appreciate how my dog barked and I got in trouble but the very obvious long term camper with 4 Maltese that attacked the gate every time we walked by didn't get any backlash. All we heard that weekend was 4 dogs attacking gates as people walked by. Step it up guys.

We have camped here for 10 plus years and have always had a great experience. My mom also has a camper here and couldn't be happier. The rules are so everyone can have a pleasant experience. We even have our huge family reunion here every year and the owners go out of their way to make sure we are happy. They have things going all the time so everyone can have extra fun at no additional cost to us. Very satisfied customers here.

This park made me never want to come back to Michigan. Money hungry!! Over $5000 in 4 months and they couldn't even cut my grass. Broke my septic lever. They made a nasty mess all over side of my trailer & they couldn't care less. Never again!!

Was up there last Halloween for a few days on my own. Had a nice time relaxing on my site. The store and deli is great to have and staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue is the prices. Spending 45$ for a primitive site when other places nearby are 25-30$ is the only reason I will not go back to Pirolli.

I am shocked and in disbelief at the negative reviews given for this campground. I live 2 1/2 hours from Pirolli Park and traveled to visit friends for a weekend. First impressions mean everything and I was welcomed by the owners and the extended family was extremely kind during my visit. I decided to become a seasonal camper the next year and not only did the owners welcome me personally but they and their family went out of their way to assist with setting up my travel trailer as I was new to this experience. I drove 2 1/2 hours each way every weekend during the camping season and I enjoyed Pirolli Campground's atmosphere of meeting other campers, making great friends & each weekend there are planned events, awesome swimming area, well maintained clean shower house, great menu of food items made fresh at the store located right on the premises. I have never been disrespected or ever seen another camper being disrespected or treated unfairly. The Pirolli Family cares about your enjoyment & safety during your stay. Don't base your opinion on another person's opinion, come visit the campgrounds and I'm sure you will agree it's one of the best places you will ever visit.
