Jennifer was remarkable today.She was very attentive and helpful while I was in the change room. Not only did she pull different sizes for me but also brought some suggestions for me to see. There was no pressure to try them on but it was like having a personal shopper.

Rickis is my favorite store. I usually go to the one in south Edmonton common. The staff are very helpful. I would like to mention Heather she is the best in customer service and sales always smiling and passionate about her job. Really appreciate her remarkable performance. God job Heather,

I went in looking for something to wear for a wedding coming up. I got greeted as soon as I walked in and that was about it for customer service. I took a look around and grabbed a dress to try on and was put into a fitting room. I was not re approached while in there to see how it was fitting and had to get fully dressed to go out and grab a new size. Once I tried the new size on I was unsure as I had a couple stores to check out so I went to cash to place it on hold for an hour, When it came to my turn I asked to place this dress on hold and at that moment the cashier and another worker who was also behind the counter turned and looked at each other with a look that made me instantly feel uncomfortable and like I’m being an inconvenience. I left the store feeling weird to where I decided Not to bother going back to purchase it.

Took a quick visit to Ricki's. Found a pair of petite Jean's that actually are the right length then another pair of pants. A cool warm pair of pjs and some socks. Great shopping trip.

I love the staff at this store! They are always so helpful. The customer service, the sizing and the selection of great fashion is why my entire wardrobe is Rickis.

I have been a regular customer of Ricki’s for 5 years.. this black friday i again shopped from them. However i picked a coat and checked at home that it was unstitched from a part on the shoulder. I should have checked at the store but i don’t expect such quality from them. Also the lady on floor should have informed me if this was a defective piece. Waste of money. Highly disappointed!

Ibalwa6s seem to have good luck there, I can 99% of the time find something and often for $20 or less. Good store layout. And there a few particular staff there who just rock.
